While you may already have a venue for your big day, consider the Mansion for other wedding festivities such as your Welcome Reception, Rehearsal Dinner, Bridesmaids Luncheon or Farewell Brunch. We offer over 8,600 square feet of flexible event and pre-function space which can be transformed to create the perfect ambiance for any occasion.


Reserving Space for Your Wedding
In order to reserve function space for your wedding, the Mansion requires a signed contract, method of guarantee and a 20% non-refundable deposit.

Planning & Menu Selection
Our catering professionals are here to guide you through the planning and menu selection process. Together with our awarding-winning chefs, they will provide a customized proposal based on your specific needs and requests. All food and beverage selections must be made no later than 60 days prior to your event. Because the Mansion offers complete catering services, it is not permissible to bring food or beverages of any kind into the hotel’s event facilities with the exception of wedding cakes. We do not charge a cake-cutting fee.

A food and beverage minimum, exclusive of taxes and gratuity, will apply to your event. All menu items as well as bar packages and/or beverages will contribute to fulfilling this minimum.

Guest Count
For all catered events a final attendance figure must be specified fourteen (14) days prior to the event by 12:00pm. This figure will be considered a guarantee and not subject to reduction. The attendance figure may be increased up to seven (7) days prior to the event.

Gratuity & Taxes
All food and beverage prices are subject to 8.25% sales tax and 20% gratuity.

Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. The final balance will be due two (2) weeks prior to your event.

Vendors
Outside vendors should be hired for your florals, cakes, specialty linens, lighting, entertainment, photography and videography. We would be happy to provide you with a list of preferred vendors who are familiar with our property.

Parking
Valet service is available.

Hotel Accommodations
We offer 48 guest rooms, with 10 in the historic Mansion and 38 in the North Wing. Individual reservations as well as group room blocks can be reserved. Room rates are available upon request.
