As part of our commitment to excellence, with every special event designed by one of our coordinators, we offer complimentary menu tastings (by appoinment only) at your desired location. This allows you to arrange the variety of options we've created as our superior and delicious dishes.
We give you the option to decide the entire style of your event's set up, whether you're comfortable with the casualness of an open-spaced, stylish buffet, allowing your guests to have as as much or as little food as they want, or an intricately elegant, black-tie affair, in which guests can induldge in the classical luxuries of being served graciously.
Buffet Style
Traditional buffet style service. Our servers will maintain your table and keep drinks full as your guests gather around a tastefully decorated buffet table of your customized menu options.
Classical Plated Dinner
Our plated dinners are our take on a very formally traditional coursed meal service. Each plate is served to every guest individually. Each person will be served as they would in an exqusite, fine dining restaurant, in which they are allowed a menu selection that you have given them prior to your event's dinner.
Family Style Service
Our most popular option is our "family style service". Each table will be served as you would expect at a formal dinner within your own home, with serving portions that your guests are comfortable with passing along and helping themselves to. This is compared to a Thanksgiving traditional dinner. This option is most appreciated for the way it draws in effortless conversation, as guests are grouped together and converse over delicious food.
This option suits best while coordinating with a timely schedule, managing every minute as guests are sat and served elegantly without having to stand in line for long periods of time.
