An Event To Remember, TX

Shamika and her team were awesome! Not only did she help me with day-of coordination, but during the planning process she threw out great ideas and reminded me of details that one would forget. And with me being somewhat of a control freak, she even let me help a little in getting our venue ready but then demanded -in a sweet way of course- that I go and relax (and boy did I!) She was able to take what I had envisioned in my head and bring it to life. Everything was so beautiful and perfect that it brought tears to my eyes when she walked me through for a a little sneak peek. She delivered all the services she promised and more. She kept us on schedule throughout the night, brought us our plates and drinks - and even reminded me to drink some water instead of wine all the time (lol!) It was such a great night and we owe a lot of it to Shamika and her team.

Shamika and her crew were fantastic! They were all very professional and helped make our wedding spectacular. Shamika met with me several times before the wedding to make sure we had everything in order for the big day. The day of the wedding was so stress-free for me as well as the wedding party because we knew Shamika and her crew had everything under control. I had the opportunity to work with both Shamika and Tremaine for my wedding and could not be more pleased and grateful for their help, their eye for detail and for being so down to earth. My mother and I could not have gotten through the last week before the wedding without their help. They gave us inspirational ideas and reminded us of things we didn't even think about. On our wedding day, Shamika not only made sure everything was good to go, she even played waitress getting my husband and I drinks from the bar, made sure I was not aware of any minor problems and even got on the dance floor (forced by mother of course). My new husband and I (and my mother) are very greatful and very lucky that we found An Event To Remember because everything turned out great!

I really was very pleased with your services overall. It reduced a great deal of planning stress. I only wished I had hired you earlier on in the process. I particularly liked that you took care of the website and recommended vendors. I really did feel like you were there to make our wedding a wonderful experience for everyone.

I know that many people think they can handle it themselves, but I want to say that having the excellent service provided by "An Event to Remember" was priceless. My wedding day was beautiful and stress-free, and they listened to what I wanted and made sure my requests were carried out. The reception decor was gorgeous, the candy station was a fun and wonderful idea and the vendors all worked well with Shamika and her staff. Five stars all around. They dealy well with everything that a rehearsal threw their way...LOL. And when I walked into the ballroom, I saw exactly what I had planned. They made sure everything and all the vendors came together. Thank you so much for your day of coordination. It really allowed me to enjoy the day. An Event to Remember and their staff were angels sent down to us. They were there to answer questions they responded quickly to questions I had.
