Arundel Ensemble

The Arundel Ensemble did a great job at our wedding! The string quartet was amazing and really set the mood for an elegant affair. We received several compliments on the ceremony music. I saw The Arundel Ensemble's website and their extensive repertoire and listened to the sound clips and was immediately hooked. I did not want to go with any other vendor for the ceremony! We loved that they boasted playing some modern and fun songs (like Latin tangos, Bittersweet Symphony and other fun songs from popular movies), in addition to the traditional songs that you would expect strings to play. Margaret was very nice and professional in our discussions and e-mail communications. I was pleased with the whole process with the one exception of never receiving a copy of the contract with their counter-signature. Since I'm in the legal field and a little anal, this drove me nuts and made me nervous, but I spoke with Margaret about it by e-mail and over the phone on a couple of occasions and she assured me she would get it to me ASAP and that all was well. I honestly felt in my gut that I could count on them (Margaret is a gem) and they indeed came through for the wedding just as promised - no issues whatsoever. They did a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend them! They are worth every penny.

We chose The Arundel Ensemble because the have highly skilled musicians and their repertoire includes a lot of modern songs in addition to the more traditional ones. The thing that made them really stand out was that they learned a new piece for my wife's processional that I had transcribed myself (it was an obscure song that she had always wanted to walk down the aisle to, but the sheet music was nowhere to be found) and it sounded really great. They're easy to work with and the quartet sounded wonderful.
