I ordered a dress for my son's wedding - I gave them the measurements they requested and the size I wanted. I got a response next day advising me to take the bigger size as the one I ordered perhaps would have been very neat on, I took their advice and ordered the bigger size. The dress arrived and I am delighted it fits almost perfectly (just a few tweeks needing done) had I taken the size I ordered it would have been a disaster. I live in South Africa so to try and return the dress etc would have been a costly exercise. I found this company very proffessional and giving the advice they did saved a lot of hassle. The dress looks as good as it did in their picture on their website - the quality is very good and I am delighted.Definately excellent service and value for money.Delivery excellent as well I had the dress within 10 days.

Sadly, when I received my dress it was dirty. Because the date was so close to when I ordered, sending the dress back was not an option, so I had to take it to my local dry cleaners.

The wedding attire I encounterd on Audreys website was not only beautiful, charming but good prices and did not take long to receive the dress. I did find out that I had lost weight so I quickly called the customer service dept and found very helpful staff that were more than happy to assist me with another size dress that would fit me. I loved her website and merchandize.

the salesperson I worked with at Audrey's House of Brides was very good at staying in touch and I received the dress in plenty of time to fit on and it was beautiful!!

I highly recommend this site. The service I recieved was exceptional! I ran into a situation and needed to find a dress within a few weeks of my convalidation ceremony. I explained the situation via email and Audrey's shipped the dresses (same dress -2 different sizes) immediately. The two dresses I ordered were recieved within a few days from placing the order. The quality of the dresses were exceptional. Very beautiful!!! I kept the dress that fit best and returned the other one without a problem. I placed an order for a mother of the bride dress that was no longer in stock. To my surprise, Audrey, herself, called me to let me know the dress was not available in my size. However, she did have one that was 2 sizes bigger than what I wanted. We talked about the possibility of buying that one and having it tailored to my size. That is exactly what I did. It worked out perfectly! I got so many compliments on my dress. I still can't believe that Audrey took the time to call me here in Wisconsin. What wonderful service! I have told many other mothers of the bride - to - be about my situation and about this online store. I will most certainly order through Audrey again when my younger daughter gets married.
