Cedar Bend

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Cedar Bend Events and its owner Jillian. We were impressed by how eager Jillian was to answer questions and accomodate us during our wedding planning process. Jillian is a warm individual who makes you feel immediately at ease, and makes your guests feel welcome. More important, Cedar Bend Events and Jillian created a wedding venue for us that our guests are still talking about. Our wedding ceremony, reception, decor, floral arrangements, etc. were so tasteful, elegant and lovely. We have Cedar Bend Events and Jillian in particular (as florist and decorator) to thank for this. I think what we liked about Cedar Bend the most was the fact that it has a rustic feel, but with elegant and modern finishes. I remember driving up to the ranch and seeing a lovely rustic trellis that overlooked a vibrant green lawn surrounded by a thick forest. I felt like I had just walked into a scene from Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Dream! And just as I inhaled a deep refreshing breath of freshly cut grass and floral scents, I looked down to see the gentle trod of an older friendly-looking black dog. After petting him, I entered the venue's charming house. The pavillion leading up to the house had wooden beams in it that reminded me of an old rural Russian church. And the grooms' room reminded me of a hunting lodge--the bathrooms like those of victorian houses in the north east. When decorating these areas, Jillian paid close attention to detail--flowers in the smallest space, rustic vases on antique tables...everywhere we looked there was something beautiful to look at. She matched that attention to detail in her customer service. She even fixed my boutineer when it started to fall off my tux and sprung to get some extra votive candles so I could sing happy birthday to my friend, who's birthday happened to fall on March 17th. I recommend Cedar Bend Events without reservation. To all of you brides-to-be, chose this venue. You will not find another venue like it--or another owner. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely Amazing! When we finally found Cedar Bend Events we knew that it was going to be the perfect venue for our wedding, but it turned out to be more than perfect, it was amazing! Jordan and I looked at so many venues, and even had another location booked, when we found Cedar Bend Events. Once we toured the property, we fell in love with it and immediately cancelled the other location. (And yes this meant we lost money, but it was totally worth it!) Jillian was superb to work with, and went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met….even helping us include our dog Atlas in all of the festivities! Everything from the flowers, to the food, to the cake was exceptional and no detail was left out. It truly was an amazing day that Jordan and I will never forget! We had such a memorable time dancing outside with our friends and family under the colorful lanterns and white twinkly lights! Hands down, the best wedding venue in Texas!

The ceremony and reception came out perfect. Everyone raved about the venue. -plenty of parking -plenty of restrooms -tables, linens... perfect -Loved the bar setup with mason jars. -reasonable pricing -owner was very sweet just A+ all the...

Absolutely loved having our wedding at Cedar Bend!! The setting is ideal and simply beautiful. Jillian and Chris are so kind, flexible, energetic, encouraging, helpful and AWESOME! Jillian helped with all of our diy projects without stress or hesitation. My guests were raving about the wedding location and how they felt 'at home.' I would strongly recommend this venue for anyone getting married or throwing a party.... you will be pleased!

Cedar Bend Events is a wonderful place to have a wedding and the reception. It's a beautiful venue with lots of space inside for the bride to get ready. The owners of Cedar Bend were very helpful and always got back to me quickly when I had questions! I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding or any other kind of event!! We had our rehearsal dinner here too and Jillian took care of all of the details! We had such a great time at our wedding and the price is right!! Thanks Jillian!

After several venue visits, Cedar Bend was by far the perfect location for our outdoor wedding! Jillian & Chris were amazingly helpful, very detail oriented, and went above and beyond to make our day extra special! Communication is key when planning your special day and Jillian was superb in promptly returning all messages. Despite the fact that the recent wild-fires made for many last minute plan changes, Jillian remained an angel with her help, ideas, and hands-on assistance! It helped tremendously that the venue provided plenty of parking space, a beautiful dinner & bar set up, table, chairs, and linens, with lots of room for all to dance, mingle, or play with the kiddos. This venue most definitely tops the comparison list, not only by price, but the scenic set up itself makes for the most memorable wedding photos/video/day ever! A HUGE thank you to Chris & Jillian for all their hard work in making our day perfect!

Cedar Bend is a beautiful venue with a nice rustic vibe. Jillian is absolutely fantastic. She has great connections, is very professional, laid back and extremely helpful. She made our wedding so beautiful and kept us panic-free. I would totally recommend this venue and Jillian as a coordinator to anyone!

We held my daughter's wedding at Cedar Bend and everything was beautiful! Jillian is a godsend and is absolutely fabulous to work with. Cedar Bend is absolutely the most beautiful place to have a wedding! My husband and I looked for months to find a place that was beautiful, unique, and most of all... affordable!! We were able to have our dream wedding without breaking the bank! Jillian provided wedding services that excelled all of our expectations!! Many of my guests told me it was the nicest venue they had ever been to for a wedding!! I highly recommend this venue!!!!

First of all, Cedar Bend is a breathtakingly beautiful venue! The grounds are well-kept and the building is in fantastic condition. Very little additional decor was needed for our wedding because the location is so naturally beautiful. Second, the staff at Cedar Bend is phenomenal. From the moment my clients reserved Cedar Bend as their venue, I had a fantastic experience working with the owner and onsite coordinator, Jillian. She is incredibly warm and friendly. She was very responsive to all of my requests and she took care of just about everything for the wedding. Our event was a huge success and much of that was due to her professionalism, friendliness, and sheer talent for executing beautiful events.
