Christen's products are the best I've had from New Orleans to Austin. Her prailines are incredible, creamy and rich! Her bread pudding is also outstanding. I helped my sister with a party at her house. Everyone ohhed and ahhed over the coconut bread pudding. Beignets are incredible too! An added plus, Sharon, the owner, is a delight to deal with.

I would recommend Christen's Gourmet Pralines to anyone looking for a fantastic treat for their wedding guests. Not only are the pralines delicious, but Christen was such a pleasure to work, if she lived closer, I would have invited her to the wedding. A true blessing!
