Classy Concepts

I went to Classy Concepts in Mansfield, Tx, and I COULD NOT have been happier with my dress! I needed a lot of alterations, and Sue (the owner) and her staff did everything they could to make me feel and look like a princess. Sue takes time with all her customers. She is very personable. She also is a seamstress, so she is very knowledgeable about what you may need. I also found my bridesmaids dresses and my veil here. Everything turned out amazing! They are professional and return phone calls and emails promptly. They treat you like a friend. All of my bridesmaids had a good experience as well. Their prices are comparable to other shops in the area, and they have a great selection. I got so many compliments on my dress!!! Beautiful, beautiful work. I would recommend this shop hands down.

Bought an ivory veil off the rack and brought it home. I noticed the next day that it had two holes in the veil, which is my fault for not checking the item before buying it. Brought it back to the store and they had said the only thing they could do was to order a new one and that I would have to pay for shipping, which I agreed to nicely. Two weeks later, I come to pick up the veil. Immediately upon seeing it, it was a WHITE veil. I asked several times if the veil was white or ivory. They would ignore my questions, refused to answer, and tried to convince me to take it hom. Finally I said that I was not taking the veil home bc I didn't think it was ivory. She said she would re-order again. The veil was re-ordered to the right color. My only problem is that they tried to convince me to take it home the first time knowing full well that it wasn't the right color. If they had admitted fault and said "you know what? we accidently ordered it in the wrong color, let me re-order the veil to the right color", everything would've been fine. Very shady business

After selling me the dress they went out of business and refused to put in the corset as they said they would.

I had so much fun picking out my wedding dress at Classy Concepts in their new location in Mansfield, TX. Sue was so helpful and made the whole experience unforgetable!

Absolutely AMAZING. Renting a wedding dress is the way to go. It is a great deal, and you are allowed to take the dress out for bridal photos and have extra time to return it after the wedding. The dress was always steamed and cleaned and ready to go. It was absolutely beautiful.

I bought my wedding dress from Classy Concepts and I can honestly say that I felt I was the most beautiful woman in the room at my wedding [what bride should not be]! I had only the best experiences with the staff, especially Janet who was so helpful every step of the way for me. I will cherish my wedding gown and hope my daughters will pick my dress for their day as well. Thank you for the service and the friendliness that you have at your store. I am so glad that I purchased from a local shop verses one of the name brand stores.

Classy Concepts was awesome to work with! They were very flexible with me and all my bridesmaids and when it came to the last couple weeks before the wedding they really made sure everything was all worked out for me which took so much stress off my shoulders. I would absolutely recommend using Classy Concepts!

In these economic times...or if you don't like clutter...go for a more wise choice of renting your wedding dress! I can not fathom spending over $500 for a dress, then more $ to get it altered and still have to wait a month to get it. My fee included the rental, the cleaning and the alterations and I picked up my dress just few days before the big day. Classy Concepts just made cents! I returned the dress a couple of days after the wedding, and I don't have to take up space in my closet. Janet was a hoot to work with at the shop. She made picking out a dress easy & fun. I just told her want I wanted. She knew all the dresses there and so she saved me the time to having to look at every dress in the shop by bringing me the best of the best. The shop is cute and tucked away, but it's worth the drive and the savings. Granted, there were a lot of dresses to choose from, but if you are not able to spend a whole lot of time looking for a dress or if you just don't want to, try Classy Concepts. I spent about 3 hours here on a convenient Sunday afternoon. The couple of other gals in the shop trying on dresses were laid back and fun to try dresses on with. Such a positive experience that day!!! No mean bridezillas here, just reasonable gals who wanted to look beautiful on their big day, but not spend an arm and a leg. Don't buy, rent! Spend that saved $ on a nice hotel or honeymoon!

Janet at classy concepts was amazing! I spent WAY less on my dress, and head piece then I would have any where else. Janet was always great about calling me back with any questions, and being completely honest with me so I didn't make any bad decisions. I would send anyone I know there!!!

Classy Concepts was wonderful to work with. I had bra cups put in and my dress steamed before my wedding. Janet was very professional and was very detail oriented. I highly recommend them for any alterations as well. They are one of the best wedding vendors I had the pleasure working with.

their help and positive attitude made the experience of buying my dress much more memorable and enjoyable...plus i loved the dress that they helped reccommend, along with mom of course! they offer the full package-dress, accessories, the vail, the shoes, & the undergarmets if u need 'em! i had a wonderful experience and will reccomend this store to all my friends!

My dress wasn't really "THE dress" until I went to Classy Concepts. Sue and Janet added sleeves, had my dress steamed and cleaned, and I rented a nice veil and petticoat for MUCH less than buying (people charge $200 for a piece of tulle and a comb, seriously?) -- and they turned it all around for me quickly so I could get my bridal portraits done in time. Classy Concepts is also the only place I know of that rents wedding dresses in Austin, and there are some nice dresses. Great place, especially if you're a budget bride!

Being a bigger bride it was harder to find a dress that was flattering to my size and in my budget. I found a woman who owns a boutique where you can RENT your wedding dress, brides maids dresses, flower girls dresses, tuxedos, etc... We were cutting it very very short on time and she rush ordered a dress for me. When it came in she altered it, hand bustled it and it was ready for pickup in about 4 days. I also rented the petti coat and corsett from her. She is wonderful and has the sweetest disposition. She really made my dream wedding dress come true and I didnt have to spend a fortune and i also didnt have to wear something that didnt faltter my figure just becuase im bigger. She gave me my designer princess gown for a bargain!!

Found my dress and bought off the rack. Didn't need alterations except to have length shortened very little and to be bustled (spelling?) Took 2 months and more "fittings" than I thought necessary. First two were exactly the same and I felt like the first fitting had never happened; like we had never met before! Almost lseemed like the measurements had been lost. Spoke about the bustling (spelling again, I know) that I wanted to have and after my ceremony when my wedding planner went to bustle me, we discovered all that had been done was a hook and eye sewn on top of my lace. Looked horrible, was no where near what we had discussed, and cost over $100 just for the hook and eye! Would not recommend to anyone and this was probably the worst experience with my whole wedding planning and day.
