Creative Petal Designs

We used Creative Petal Designs for our floral arrangements, bouquets and corsages, boutonnieres and aisle petals for our wedding. Cheryl was great to work with and was able to provide us beautiful flowers that went perfectly with our color scheme while allowing us to stay within our budget. I would recommend her for any of your floral or decor needs within the greater Austin area.

Cheryl is an all around wonderful person! Professional. Creative. She listens to your ideas and comes up with even better ones! Such a positive person to be around. We were so pleased with our whole experience. :) Highly recommended!

Cheryl Vaughan is AMAZING. We walked in to Creative Petal Designs with pages of floral examples that we loved. Poor Cheryl had to sort through all of it to help us find our vision. She was very patient and listened to our every word. As we began to close in on the perfect floral picture for our wedding venue, she got very excited and had brilliant ideas. We basically left the rest to her. The day of the event came and we saw our vision come to life. She plopped beautiful peonies on our cake and filled all of our vintage silver containers with whatever flower "fit." The centerpieces were out-of-this-world. My bridal bouquet was everything I dreamed it would be. She also provided flowers for our bridesmaid brunch and the farewell brunch. Each event was completely different, with feminine pink hydrangeas for the bridesmaids and cheery yellow sunflowers for goodbyes. I highly recommend Cheryl and Creative Petal Designs!

My flowers were GLORIOUS! I just told her what my colors were and what flowers were my favorites and she came up with exactly what I wanted. I trusted her from the beginning to do wonderful work so I never worried about a thing. When she came to my venue the idea that I had about putting corsages on paper umbrellas for my brides maids didn't work out so well, she came up with the idea to put the corsages on the outside of the umbrellas. This idea not only saved the day but was more beautiful then my initial idea. Basically she has a lot of experience and can be trusted to come up with exactly what you want and need with only a bit of information.

Cheryl with Creative Petal Designs provided the centerpieces, boutineres, corsages, and bridal bouquet for my October wedding. She was reasonably priced, very suggestive when I met with her, and she exceeded my expectations on my wedding day. I was nervous that the colors would be to vibrant for the soft fall theme I was going for...but when the flowers arrived, they were perfect! They were even better than I expected! She has a wide range of centerpieces and decor for the aisle as well. She has great ideas and lots of experience, so listen to her :) Also, my wedding was over 2 weeks ago, and my bouquet is still standing beautifully in a vase! I can tell she used fresh flowers with great quality! She delivered and set everything up so I didn't have to lift a finger on my wedding day. I recommend her :)

I was absolutely blown away when I saw my flowers! Cheryl and I had several meetings, and I'll admit that I wasn't always sure that she knew what I was envisioning, but I trusted her, and she absolutely nailed it! Her work for my wedding was above and beyond the work she brings to the bridal shows, and I was amazed by how many flowers we got for our money. We were faced with cutting back our floral budget once we determined our final headcount, but Cheryl was able to suggest more budget-friendly flowers that enabled us to keep the look we wanted. Highly, highly recommend Creative Petals!

I just had my wedding last weekend and Cheryl did an absolutely fabulous job on my flowers! We were working with a budget, and I was originally going to do the flowers myself, but I am so glad I found Cheryl! She charged a fraction of the cost of other florists but did an amazing job on the arrangements, bouquet and cake flowers! I highly recommend her to anyone getting married in Austin.

Cheryl did a great job on our simple bouquets and bouts. She took a little long in replying to my communications, which added a lot of stress, but it was definitely worth it! When I saw my all white bouquet, I was almost in tears! That moment was so nice!
