Crystal Occasions

We used Crystal Occasions as a day-of service, only, but loved the fact that there was plenty of help and they kept us on schedule for the big day!

Samantha of Crystal Occasions was absolutely fabulous to work with! She met with me several times months before the wedding even though I had hired her only to do Day of Coordinating. On the day of she handled everything that came up, from late vendors to telling people where things went. She was extremely professional, courteous, and a total joy to work with. Best money I spend on the wedding!

My Husband and I Just got married and Crystal occasions planned the whole thing. Most girls have this dream wedding they have been planning their whole lives. Well I didn't really have a clue.. Other then the style of dress i didn't even know what color or scheme i wanted! Crystal was so Awesome. We just took it one step at a time and didn't move on until we had made the right decision (even though sometimes that "right" decision changed occasionally, which she also dealt with very well hehe ). She has very good honest opinions and advice. Crystal knows all the vendors you will need the plan the perfect amazing wedding you have always dreamed of. I have had so many people including my husbands 75 yr old grandfather tell me that it was by far the best wedding they have ever been to. EVERYONE had such a blast and honestly all i did was tell Crystal i had faith in her and give her a ballpark to work in and she did the rest! She is just so sweet and easy going and thought of things, little special touches, that would have never crossed my mind but made such a big difference! If you are looking for someone who knows how to put together YOUR dream wedding, shes the girl. She is professional at all times, but has a sense of humor and a sweet very personable, personality. Best of all, she knows exactly what shes doing.The whole planning process was so stress free ( for me at least!) and nothing could have turned out better!! We definitely recommend Crystal Occasions to anyone who wants a great experience and we'lll be using her in the future for all of our planning needs!!Thank You Crystal from the bottom of our hearts for this beautiful perfect wedding, And ALLLL of your hard work!! I am very impressed with Crystal. I hired her to handle my day of coordination :) I must say since I was planning a wedding from out of town I didn't get to met her for the initial consultation but I had very good feelings about her services from email and phone conversations. She did an amazing job making my wedding wonderful. If there was anything that went wrong I knew nothing about it. I am a bit OCD and she understood my personality and over kill with attention to detail, she didn't care that I was super detail oriented. She went with the flow and made everything look wonderful! Every bride should be so blessed to have Crystal Occasions plan and coordinate their wedding!From our first consultation meeting I knew I found "the one." :) With my fiance out-of-state all of the planning was left to me and needless to say I was one of those stressed-out, nervous-wreck brides that easily could have made my way to bridezilla status without her. Crystal really listend to our vision. She couldn't have been more helpful or detail-oriented.There was no "I" left undotted, or "T" left to cross. With Crystal handling all the details; researching and negotiating with vendors, paying attention to my insane wish list of details, organizing all the timelines and to-do lists etc. I really got to have the experience every bride dreams of but sometimes forgets to do, I got to sit back and ENJOY IT!!Something I feel is important to note is that although Crystal Occasions offers complete full-service packages I never felt pressured (which is very important to me) to use the vendors included in her packages. We met with several vendors in each category and Crystal helped me compare them side by side to see who fit best into our vision, budget, and style. Although we ended up upgrading to an inclusive package and using several of her vendors (ask her about them, they're awesome!) I really appreciated the fact that it was our choice to make. No pressure, no guilt trips. We simply choose who we felt was best. I guess in hindsight it shouldn't surprise us that Crystal Occasions works with the best vendors, because Crystal is the best! Our wedding was perfect and truly more than I ever dreamed of. It was absolutely beautiful and thanks to Crystal's exceptional service, it ran like clock-work. From the bottom of our hearts, we can't thank Crystal enough. She was amazing to work with and we truly appreciate all the hard work that went into making our wedding a huge success. Samantha did an amazing job to help me prepare for my wedding day as well as being very helpful the day of my wedding. My wedding day wouldn't have turned out as perfect as it did without her there to help me through everything. It allowed me to do nothing the day of my wedding with no worries and to enjoy the day. When I first starting planning my wedding I had no plans of having a wedding day of coordinator but it is worth every penny.

I lucked into meeting Crystal while at a cake tasting, but she and Sam were absoltuely unbelievable and made my whole event so much more managable and really allowed me to enjoy the event and let the details go! I was incredibly impressed with Sam's willingness to take on any job, make herself available on last minute notice when I needed her. In addition, in one afternoon, Crystal helped me locate an amazing photographer and cake maker (who took a picture of a cake I liked and copied it exactly and deliciously). I HIGHLY recommend their services. After losing my first coordinator half way through planning (they stopped responding to my emails/ phone calls), I was a little dubious about working with another coordinator, but I would absolutely use Sam and Crystal again, without question, even for non-wedding events!!! They are the best!

Samantha was amazing. She was so helpful in everyway Imaginable. Her personality is very soothing, she was calm, relaxed and made me feel at ease. I have no idea what would have happened without her assistance... the wedding would have been in shambles. I am so thankful for her help, and know for sure...without a doubt... that without Samantha my special day would not have been as great! EVERY bride must have a wedding planner!

We contacted Crystal just a couple of weeks before our wedding. She was very flexible and was able to meet us soon after to discuss the details of our wedding. After our meeting she was able to quickly come up with an itinerary that was perfect for our wedding. We had a short 3 hr time period for the ceremony, dinner, cake cutting and dancing and she was able to make it all flow smoothly. She single handedly cut out our wedding day stress so we were able to relax and enjoy it.

Crystal was absolutely amazing. My husband, my family and I can not explain in words how much we appreciate the tremendous job that Crystal did. We were absolutely worry free on our special night. Crystal, I can't thank you enough for making our wedding so enjoyable! Everything was perfect! Thank you!!! Thank you!!! Thank You!!!

Crystal was amazing in all aspects!

Crystal is amazing! She was so organized and helpful. She really went above and beyond for me. I cannot recommend her highly enough--my day went off without a hitch. If something happened, I didn't know about it. She is that good. I don't know what we would have done without her. Specifically, I had a New Year's Eve Wedding, and being the super crafty bride I was, had a complicated scheme for my table decorations. Crystal did not bat an eye when I told her of my plan, and she carried it off beautifully. Everything looked gorgeous. I was also very impressed with how organized she was. When we met, she had a whole schedule already prepared and consulted me every step of the way. She made me feel like it really was all about me and my groom, but at the same time, she conveyed a calming sense of experience and control. Both my mother and mother-in-law commented on how calm and assured Crystal made them feel. I don't think I could have found a better coordinator. Future brides should really look her up!

Crystal was a blessing to work with! She kept the night moving and on time I didn't have to deal with anything. We all know how expensive wedding vendors can be- but honestly, I would have paid more for Crystal, she's totally worth it. There are a few vendors that I wouldn't have picked if I could go back in time, but I would hire Crystal again in a heartbeat!

Crystal did a great job with coordinating our wedding, she's very professional. She provided us with advice and recommedations for vendors, when asked or she saw that we needed help in an area of planning. Crystal and her assistant Sam went over and beyond to make sure that our special day ran smoothly, which it did. Crystal does a great job for an affordable price.

Crystal was wonderful. I especially appreciated her attention to detail at the reception. The wedding party was running behind, and Crystal made sure there was food pulled aside for us. If it hand't been for her, none of us would have been able to eat. She went above and beyond in set up; even though her help bailed out on her at the last minute, she maintained a high quality of service and friendliness. I don't think anyone would be disappointed on her service.

Crystal was an amazing wedding planner. She handled all of the day of activities and most importantly she allowed me to enjoy our special day. I trusted her to handle all the details and she held up to her word in a kind way with a smile on her face! I know it had to be hard because it was a hot outside summer Texas wedding and even though she was hot and running around she was always kind to me and my family. She is very good at what she does and I would recommend her to anyone.Thank you!

Crystal did an outstanding job in planning my wedding. She thought of things/tasks to be done that I never would have considered and carried them out beautifully. She referred me to great vendors, especially Ed Kelley Photography and made this whole process less stressful.For the rehearsal and wedding day, Crystal kept the wedding party, my family and me all on time and took away all of the stress. I was able to enjoy that weekend without worrying about a thing. I knew Crystal would take care of it all.

Crystal made my wedding process amazing. She was great and made my day become everything I dreamed of. She showed me different vendors that would work in my price range, and even got the lowest prices for me.Crystal was a blessing, and I am forever greatful for everything that she has done for me!
