I love this store! Yes it can get expensive but they always have sells for dresses that are $99.99 or less. You just got to keep an eye out. I didn't buy my dress thru them but my brides maids did! And I recommend them if you need a dress that the bride is picky about on the color or look. And if you have to order, it doesn't take long at all for it to come in and plus they'll let you know when the dress should be coming in. And there pretty much always right, I've never heard of them getting that part wrong.

They are awesome!!! They helped me all the way...I had a few problems (sister who needed a maternity/bridesmaid dress, and a sister who needed a bigger dress right before the wedding) but they were there to help me all the way. They have some of the most gorgeous dresses ever for everybody. I would DEFINITELY recommend the Tyler, Tx David's Bridal Store.

Have a wedding plainer, write everything down you need to do and cross it off as it's done. Its ok to ask Friends and Family for help don't try to do it all yourself, Enjoy the time leading up to the wedding.

Even on their busiest days (which is on Saturdays), they were very helpful. They are very nice salespeople and I would go there again if i were gettign married again!!!!

I am happy with the dress itself. The dress shopping experience was ok, but not great. My sales woman (whom I had made an appointment with) also spent a lot of time helping another woman, was not very enthusiastic, and did not make any suggestions. In contrast, women I had worked with at other stores would bring me other dresses they thought I might like, and tell me I looked beautiful in the dresses, which I think is just good salesmanship. At David's, however, I found the perfect dress, and the price was right. They managed to sell me the $80 bra, which actually is fabulous, but the alterations are where they really get you. I paid more than half of the price of my dress to have it hemmed and to have a one-button bustle added, and the service was poor. When I went for my "final fitting" they actually said "Oh, did you want to try it on?" Well, yes, I would like to make sure it is right, thank you very much. Then I had a disagreement with the manager about the "complimentary" steaming, which they did without asking me, 3 months before my wedding. I wanted it done closer to the event, but they said since it was already done, I was out of luck. It was the closest I ever got to a bridezilla. They have nice dresses, it is nice that it is possible to buy off the rack, the prices are good, but go somewhere else for any other accessories or services!!! Especially alterations!

I went through the Hurst Tx location and it was a huge mess. I worked with the Tyler store and they sent me the wrong dress for one of my bridesmaids and then wanted me to return the dress. Afterwards they told me the dress I was supposed to recieve had a stain. it took a week for them to return my calls or return my money. They held another dress for me at the Corpus Cristy store. I ended up recieving that dress, but only after they gave me the run around. The Hurst location was rude and lied about the dress I had picked for my Maid of Honor. We ended up spending more money and time on this than we did on my dress alone. Turns out they had the dress the whole time. Very very agrivating.

Messed up my alterations a little, and I had to take an extra 2 hour trip because of it. Other than that, very professional and friendly. Merchandise (especially for Bridesmaids) is overpriced--especially the shoes....
