I can't even begin to describe the sigh of relief when I left Davids Bridal the day I found my dress. I had been looking for weeks, online and at other stores. I finally found a few dresses I liked on their website and made an appointment to try them on at a local store. Kelly was the name of the fabulous sales associate who helped me and my family find the perfect dress. After trying on about 7 or 8 dresses, I had found a few that I really liked, but nothing seemed to really pop out at me. So Kelly asked if she could show me a dress that if she were to be getting married today, she would wear. I remember seeing it in the magazine and on the website, but I never really jumped out at me. Regardless, I tried it on and then FELL IN LOVE. I didn't want to take the dress off! She was so interested in me and asked me what I liked and what I was looking for and really was just so in-tune with what I wanted. The price was amazing as well. I actually think my wedding dress cost lest than my prom dress! They were so quick about getting my alterations done in a timely manner, and kept the dress in the store for me until I needed it for the big day. They also provided my bridesmaids dresses. I had bridesmaids from all over, and all the sales associates were so helpful, even over the phone. I wouldn't suggest anyone go anywhere but here for your bridal party needs. It really is a one stop shop, and you won't ever get someone who is just trying to sell you an expensive dress, or who doesn't really care about your taste. Believe me, I dealt with many of those along the way.

I loved the lady helping me I don't remember her name but she looks and sounds alot like Emma Stone. My dress was beautiful they were so good at helping me. My only comment is that if you didn't use stuff in your wedding they will not take it back so your just stuck.

I was appalled at the service I got from this store. April was my "consultant". I had found a dress I wanted to try on but she told me they did not have it in my size. She had me try on several dresses- might I add that they were in no way anything I remotely liked and they were the most expensive in the store. I told her I couldn't get the dress I first saw out of my head and she said they did have the dress in my size but couldn't find it. Finally another consultant told me they HAD the dress on layaway for someone else but I could order it from another store. April tried to discourage me from doing this saying that "I cannot promise that the dress is in perfect condition. It could have beads falling off or ink marks, etc." We did order it from another store while we were in the store. April then told me I needed a bra and petticoat. BOTH were way too big for me! the dress was a 12 and she gave me a 16! I normally wear a 36B and she gave me a 40B!!! I went to the San Felipe location because I was in another wedding and talked to the consultant there. She told me I could not return any of the wrong sized items but could exchange them. She also asked why I was sold a bra since the dress had a built in corset. So she not only sold me items that didn't fit, she sold me things I didn't even need!!!!!Luckily the mgr at San Felipe did not make me go back to Sugar Land and did the exchange at her store. Though I was upset I did not get a refund (because April sold me the wrong stuff!) I was happy Liz (mgr) did take care of me.

I bought my gorgeous wedding dress from David's Bridal in Sugar Land, Texas. My sales associate was Alice. She is by far the best employee the enitre company has. She went above and beyond on everything. My final dress I bought was one that had to be ordered...no big deal. Howeve, when the David's Bridal finally received the dress it was all work from there. They had to reconstruct the entire dress because I only wanted 1 piece of the dress I ordered, the rest I had drawn up and the created with the other material. It was so mjuch work and the ladies that run the back were amazing. If I had gone to a designer it would have been so much more expensive. Thank you so much Alice, Maria, and Maria!!!

I really didn't think I'd be able to find a budget friendly dress and kind of dreaded dress shopping, because I knew that I would probably fall in love with a dress way out of my price range. The first shop I tried had many designer gowns and I really liked several Monique Lhullier styles, but all of them were around $4,000-$7,000 before alterations. I tried David's Bridal and found a dress that was very similar and even looked better on me than the designer dresses! The staff were so friendly and helpful and after getting my dress on sale they gave us a ton of coupons to go towards a Mother of the Bride outfit, bridesmaid dresses, accessories, and coupons for other vendors in the area. It was wonderful and I love my dress and can't wait to wear it guilt-free on my wedding day, knowing that it looks beautiful and didn't compromise the rest of my wedding!

I loved my dress from David's Bridal! It truly made me look like a beautiful bride. I got so many compliments from everyone on it. Everyone said I looked like a beautiful bride! The dress and veils were perfect!!! (I got my dress, blusher veil, cathedral veil, and finger-tip veil from them.) I looked like an elegant princess, which is what I wanted. They even did the altering and bustling on my dress as well. The prices were great! So much cheaper than I would have paid elsewheres; I think it's ridiculous to pay a few thousands of dollars for something you can get for a few hundreds of dollars.

I went in to Davids Bridal to try on dresses without really knowing what kind of dress I really wanted. My consultant was very professional and patient as I tried on more than 10 different dresses and had my pictures taken in them so that i could make a decision. Based on how the dresses fit, i eventually found my dress from Davids Bridal Online but it was my experience in the store that took me to the online web site.

I bought my second wedding dress from Davids and was very pleased with the customer service and how quick they were to help me with my emergency. Being 6 wks. away from my wedding and just finding out I would be w/o my original wedding dress I was in a panic. I walked in w/o an appt. explained my situation and they took care of me. I purchased and walked out with my beautiful dress!

I loved my dress and it was a great buy. I also got my bridesmaid dresses from them but on line they were great also

Before I had gone shopping for my wedding dress I was in my best friend's wedding. I was one of her maid of Honors...I had gone to the store in Post Oak (Galleria area) for the dress. I had a really bad experience there, unfriendly...actually rude service. I went to Sugar Land and they took me in under their wing as a problem child. Well, it paid off for them because after I got engaged they got all of my business! I found a beautiful designer mermaid style gown, shoes, winter cape etc. I also choose my bridesmaids dresses there and they all loved their two piece top and long skirt! They are all very different and each have a unique style but they all loved the ruched ball gown skirt but all chose their own tops. They all looked so beautiful but better then that...they loved those dresses!!!I would recommend David's Bridal but only the Sugar Land branch located off of Town Center Blvd on the right shopping center next to DSW. Tell them I referred you: Dianne the problem bride! Debbie the manager should remember me! ; )

My dress was amazing! The staff was friendly and professional, and helped me solve every issue in a timely manner.

I purchased my wedding gown and shoes at Davids Bridal. Everything went together perfectly. Each of my bridesmaids received their dresses at Davids Bridal as well and they were very accommodating at helping us choose the perfect dress!

I would not recommend, they lost one of my girls dresses my shoes. Some how the managed to give each girl a different dress when I picked out the same dress for all girls. I was very disappointed.

The David's Bridal staff in Sugar Land and the Galleria that I had to encounter was very unprofessional. They were not flexible or understanding to my requests. I did not enjoy working with them at all. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

The dress and staff are amazing here!! My dress was gorgeous and for a reasonable price. But word of advice, get your accessories somewhere else for they were pricey here. But I would HIGHLY recommend them!!

While I was able to buy my dress here at a very reasonable price, my sales associate was not very helpful. She was basically just in it for the money. I was not looking for a super cheap dress, but I did want it to be reasonable, she however ignored my thoughts and opinions and tried to only guide me to the most expensive name brand dresses in the store. I however did not give into her choices and as a result she would role her eyes at me or insult me. I had a few bridesmaids who lived out of town and had other David Bridals closer to them, but this lady told me to tell them to call and order their dresses from her because and I quote "I work for commision." Who says that? I was very insulted. By the way her name started with an 'A' she was short and wore glasses.

They were wonderful!

I got ripped off.. alot of hidden charges and fees. be very careful. and no returns, even if they made the mistake, only exchanges.

I got a beautiful dress but I don't recommend purchasing the undergarments or shoes they're overpriced. I was suckered into purchasing them.

Every minute I spent in the store was great, they are great people
