DS Party

I hired Alisha to coordinate the wedding day as well as organize my brain. She did a great job providing the outline of what was to happen, what I needed to get to her, and communicated with the vendors I was using. She also was terrific in running through the ceremony rehearsal, which was badly needed for my disorganized family. Because I got married on a weekday, her rates were very very reasonable, and I would recommend any stressed-out bride to hire someone like Alisha to help! My stress decreased dramatically knowing I could ask for her help.Regarding the rentals, everything ran smoothly and all the tables looked great. The margarita machine was such a huge hit that we regretted getting other alcohol! I highly recommend DS party rentals if you are getting married around Dripping Springs. Their rates are reasonable, if not more affordable than most Austin-based rental companies.

We used Love Punk Events out of DS Party as our florist. This is the one vendor we were concerned about. They were not very responsive...some times it took 2 weeks or more to get an answer to an email. The flowers turned out OK, but did not look fresh. Some of the petals appeared brownish as if wilted or kept in a cooler that was too cold. My bouquets did photograph beautifully, though.

The rentals were great, but I wasn't completely satisfied with the wedding planning.

Kimberley was very helpful, she had great ideas and was very nice.

We rented padded fruitwood folding chairs from Dripping Springs Party Rental to set up at our ceremony site. I dealt with Kimberly and found her to be extremely sweet and helpful. They offered the best prices in the area too. The morning of the wedding my fiancé and I drove to their warehouse and picked up the chairs ourselves instead of having them delivered to the site (to save money). Their business is relatively new, but they have a tremendous selection for such a new company. The chairs were in pristine condition and were even covered with cotton bags to prevent scratching. Their warehouse was very clean and organized. All we had to do was drive up to the overhead door and they were ready to load us up. They were very flexible with the drop off time the following day, which was great because we wanted to be able to sleep in. I can’t think of a single complaint.

We worked with Kimberly to plan a wedding at Red Corral Ranch in Wimberley. She was excellent and accommodated all of our needs. She made great recommendations, and on our wedding day she made sure that everything ran smoothly. A great value for the service!

Kimberley was great to work with. Very timely and considerate with all communication. They were on time and did a great job with delivery, set-up, pickup, and breakdown. All rentals were top caliber and in amazing condition.
