Ecstatic Cuisine

We met Jesse at the Bridal Extravaganza, of all places. The one thing we were really looking for there was a caterer, and after trying all the various caterers' samples, none held a candle to Ecstatic's food. At first, I was sure they would be out of my budget because their food was so delicious (and organic/local), but he worked with me to create a menu that fit our style and worked with our limited funds. The food was inventive and delicious, and we had several guests tell us it was the best wedding food they've ever had. Everything we had time to taste was excellent! I mean, really excellent. Several guests also remarked on the beautiful layout/display of the food as well. Bottom line: It's way above and beyond your standard catering fare, and for the price, it couldn't be beat. If you just want fajitas or barbecue, go elsewhere, but if you want fresh, local, amazing flavors, try Ecstatic! I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out.

Jesse and Ecstatic Cuisine did a wonderful job catering our wedding in June. The food was awesome! Jesse created a menu that really reflected both our Mexican and Asian heritage. Dinner tasted great and was served right on time, with some really tasty appetizers for guests to enjoy beforehand. Ecstatic Cuisine also did our dessert. We didn't really want a traditional wedding cake, so Sarah and Brad created a couple of different cakes and cookies that looked great and tasted even better. The presentation of all the food was beautiful, very first-class. We received several rave reviews from our family and guests. All of the staff was very friendly and professional. Our dinner was buffet style, but it felt like a seated, full service meal since the staff did a wonderful job bringing drinks to our guests, clearing tables, and responding to everyone's requests. The bartender was also a lot of fun and always made sure the bride and groom had drinks in hand. Working with Jesse during the planning process was great. We were not very specific about what we wanted, but he still was able to interpret our tastes and really delivered an outstanding menu, from appetizers to dessert. He also was instrumental in planning the schedule for our big day and thinking of a lot of the fine details that made everything run very smoothly. Jesse's wealth of experience with wedding catering was a huge help as we did not have an official wedding coordinator and needed some guidance. We would definitely work with Jesse again and recommend Ecstatic Cuisine to others. Jesse and company really made our wedding special and produced an event that we will remember for the rest of our lives.

We used Jesse and Estatic Cuisine for my daughters wedding on March 28th. The food was great, the presentation was great, and everyone enjoyed the appitizers and meal. There were about 150 people and Jesse and his crew did a very good and professional job. The price had been agreed to in advance, and Jesse was paid up in full the day of the wedding. Now for me come the incredable part... At the end of the night, when Jesse was leaving, he said his crew had cleaned up a little faster than he had estimated it would take them. I thought, well, that's nice, so they get out a little early, good for them. Then about a week or so later, I get a check in the mail from Jessee for $277.00, refunding me the amount of time they saved. WHAT???? someone giving me a refund after we agreed to everything??? I have to admint I was not expecting anything like that. So, to recap... great food, great presentation, good price, and a person who went above and beyond on anything I would expect with regards to integrity. Thanks Jesse!
