Heather Olson Videography

One month after the deadline for the video, we have nothing. She has sent email after email with delays and excuses and now isn't answering the messages AT ALL. In one of the emails she actually sent a USPS tracking number for the video... the number doesn't even exist in the USPS system. After Googling her name, I find that I am one of many people she has treated the same way. BEWARE OF THIS VENDOR.

Heather's rates were very reasonable when I hired her, but unfortunately the delivery left a lot to be desired. She was unnresponsive and the video was close to 2 months late.

Heather Olsen is absolutely amazing! Sweet and courteous and very affordable. She was wonderful the entire day. Absolute trooper with the heat and humidity that we were blessed with on that day. She worked with us and the photographer. They played off each other and did a wonderful job. I can't wait to see the final product! When I started wedding planning, I did not even for a photographer. After talking to my sister-in-law and my friends, they told me that the day is a blur and you really won't remember it. The ones that had a videographer mentioned how they loved being able to go back and see the events of the day. My sister-in-law regrets not having a videographer to this day. As a last minute add, we booked Heather Olsen at TribeDocs. She was very inexpensive and really easy to work with.
