My fiancee went to several jewelers before finding that perfect ring... He went to Helzberg at Lakeline Mall, in Cedar Park, TX and the woman there actually spent time with him expaining the quality of diamonds and provided him a great insight on what to look for. Well after he walked out he said he turned around and went back in and purchased my engagement ring. He held on to this ring for 2 months and asked me to marry him the night before we left on vacation to Puerto Villlarta, Mexico. It was very special. Needless to say we went back to Helzberg to purchase our wedding bands. If you want quality service, quality products, and professionalism with a smile, go here. I love my engagement ring and wedding band which are both from Helzberg. But my wedding band is made exactly for the engagement ring....but they aren't really willing to make it fit which we know they can but act like they can't. We dont like the fact that you can't talk to the people that work on the jewelry that it always has to be sent off and you have no idea what they are going to do.

I loved the people at Helzberg's Diamonds. They were very nice and knew exactly what we were looking for. I got them to go down on the price of the wedding bands and even got a lovely pair of diamond stud earrings for my bridal attire for a very good price. The diamonds are great quality and they will clean them for free whenever I want to stop by - they showed me how they polish them on the spot. They were great at giving us several options in different price ranges and were really accommodating! It made it a great experience in an otherwise somewhat stressful situation!

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at exactly the right price. The staff was very helpful and even steam cleaned my enagement ring (a family heirloom handed down, not bought from them) while I looked at wedding bands. They told us that even though we had not purchased my husband's ring from them we could still bring it in and they would engrave it, as well as sauter my engagement ring to my wedding band and then engrave it as well.

Love the staff. Love my rings. Love the service. Everytime we go in to get a cleaning, they're attentive and greet us with a smile. Plus I got my rings for about 50% off when it was on sale. Can't beat that.

These people saved my life!! My engagement ring fell into the garbage disposal about 3 months after we got engaged. He had purchased the warranty on the ring which was an excellent idea as I had all of the pieces so they replaced the ring only for the mounting fee.They are very professional there and are very affordable!
