The staff at Jared's is fantastic! They were so helpful to my now-husband when picking out a setting for my engagement ring. They remembered him when we went in to pick out our wedding bands, and they were really great then as well. We've gone back in several times since to get my ring cleaned and resized and to get his band resized, and we are always recognized and greeted warmly. They are very professional and not pushy at all, which is very appreciative. We will definitely be doing return business with them in the future.

Jared is a great store. They offer lifetime warranties on any pieces that have diamonds in them and all you have to do is bring them in every 6 months to have them checked and cleaned. My husband and I both bought our rings from them and couldn't be happier!

DON'T DO IT!!!!My Husband bought my engagement band here. We had a 14 month engagement so a month before the wedding I had the ring 'dipped' to freshen up the white gold as it had begun to tarnish. I went in the next day to pick up my ring and...They gave me the WRONG RING!!!!It was identical to mine in appearance.. but it was a different ring. After 3 weeks of arguing, being hung up on by their corporate office, called a liar countless times, I found a picture of my ring to validated that this in fact was a different ring.The differences were: My ring was a size 4.5 This ring was a 4.25My ring has the side stone that stuck out from the prongs of the center stone.This ring the side stones were flush.My ring did not have black flaws.This ring had 5 very evident black flaws in the center stone.This ring had a crooked band (as if they did a poor job resizing it)The Center stone on this ring set higher than on my ring.They had a ton of excuses on how it was all just a 'coincidence' only to admit two days before my wedding that someone had indeed damaged MY ring and tried to cover their tracks by giving me an 'identical' ring and hoped I wouldn't notice.Save yourself the time and drama and go somewhere else!!!

Well my ring is amazing...now.....after it cracked in half after custom designing an engagement ring.....that was very upsetting. The we made the mistake of ordering my husband wedding band and they lost the order which we found out about 1.5 weekds beforre the wedding...and which they lied about. He's a size 15 ring which has to be custom ordered, so they tried to stretch one and it looked like total crap....only by the grace of god did they get it corrected...Uh...DONT GO HERE!!

Good customer service - free snacks, cookies, drinks while you look. They are very helpful in showing you to rings that you can describe in your mind. They have a good warranty policy and I was able to get my engagement ring resized without problem.You can also go in and get it cleaned anytime you want for free and it comes out really sparkly.

Both the ladies we talked to for the engagement ring and wedding bands were very helpful and even sent us a thank you and congratulations card. They served our needs, gave us water if we were thirsty and explained everything to us as we were new to the concept of jewelry! They are even open late during the week and open on weekends. Perfect for those with bizarre work schedules!

We purchased both our rings from Jared in Austin. My husband brought in a diamond from his family to set into an engagement ring. His report is that the staff were extremely helpful in showing him options for the engagement ring. When we went back to purchase the wedding bands it was smooth sailing as well. The customer service is wonderful. The warranty plan is well worth the price on your jewelry. I have my rings maintenenced every 6 months.

Great company. Very efficient and courteous salesmen/women. Great quality for your money, good diamonds and large selction. I always enjoy going back in to get my ring cleaned or inspected and looking around. I will shop there again in the future.
