Jennifer was amazing! She's very professional, arrived early to set-up, did a fantastic job, and listened to what I wanted. I would recommend her to any bride that wants to make her day stress free!

Jennifer was so friendly and professional, very timely in her email responses and answers any and all questions - and her work is fabulous. I was so proud of the way my hair & makeup looked, as well as all of my bridesmaids on my wedding day - and that is priceless!

Jennifer is wonderful! Though she is a bit expensive, you definitely get what you pay for. She is ready for on-site beautification anywhere, she has excellent taste (she needed very little direction from me on my hair or makeup and I LOVED the result), and she is incredibly nice and her skill is unquestionably that of a professional. Highly recommend!!!

Jennifer West recently did both the hair and makeup for myself and 3 of my bridal party members. She was so pleasant to work with and everyone was really happy with her work, especially when we saw the photos! Not knowing exactly how I wanted to look on wedding day, or even how to describe the look I was after, she took the lead and created a face that was fresh and natural - and best of all - long-lasting throughout the night. I met with her twice for trial runs and she arrived on time with all the best equipment and supplies. On wedding day, she brought an assistant, which was a big help in keeping us on schedule. I have to say - the only downside, and this was partially my fault - was that when I asked her to meet with me one more time to practice the hairstyle we had discussed (I was doubting my earlier decision a 2nd run through just for peace of mind), she graciously agreed. However, I was charged the full rate for her preview session, which wasn't cheap, but in the end 100% worth it. Jennifer is fantastic to work with. She is current on trends, makeup lines & techniques and very professional on-site. I highly recommend her as an up & coming makeup artist that really caters to the bride. She has a very sweet personality with a calming presence about her too. Happy to send other brides her way in the future!

I booked Jennifer for my bridals and she did an amazing job. I then booked her for the wedding for both myself and the girls and everyones hair and makeup turned out beautiful. I would deffinantly reccomend her to all the ladies in the Austin area.

Jennifer was very professional and friendly. She did an excellent job of making my hair and makeup just as it should be for a bride! Very easy vendor to deal and work with. She was on time, hardworking and left nothing to be desired- exactly what I wanted in a hair and makeup artist.

My make-up was stunning. Jennifer was awesome. Very, very professional in the job that she did YET down-to-earth and easy to work with in doing the job. PLUS, my make-up was flawless. She even shared tips and told me the products she used. She was also very patient. She has this calming presence about her and you can tell she loves what she does. It's clearly her passion. Finally, I should mention that she's prompt --not even prompt. She always early --by like 15-30 minutes. I felt so horrible b/c for the week of the wedding, I was perpetually running 15 minutes late --at least. Jennifer made sure she was extra early for each appointment. I didn't have to worry about whether she'd show. I was so lucky to have found her and, although I have no desire to go through the stress of another wedding, I would have her do my make-up ANY DAY!

Jennifer is definitely an "artist" and not just a vendor that comes in to get your hair and make-up done quickly for you so you don't have to do it yourself. I really appreciated the time she took on my hair/make-up as well as the other girls. She makes each experience unique based on individual needs. Great work - I would recommend her to anyone and use her services again if needed in a heartbeat!
