Kruger's

These are the best jewelers ever! So nice and knowledgeable. I have bought jewelery from other places before and didn't like my experience, but when I went here they were so nice and welcoming that it made it so much fun! I couldn't have asked for anything better. They also have rings priced for everyone's budget no matter how small. I would know.

My husband and I picked out my engagement ring together at Kruger's. We had such a lovely time looking through their fantastic selection. I wanted a ring that was a bit vintage/old-fashioned looking and an asscher cut diamond. They had tons of beautiful and affordable options and their staff was delightful and low pressure. I was able to browse and try on several pieces at my leisure. I never once felt any pressure to buy like I did at other jewelers and every time I've needed it cleaned or a prong tightened they have done it quickly and promptly. They have some of the most beautiful and unique jewelry in town, don't go to a chain, go to Kruger's, you won't regret it.

I got my engagement and wedding rings from Kruger's and cannot say enough about the great selection, customer service, etc. I went into Kruger's based on recommendations. I was only browsing engagement ring styles originally but came out with much more. I was greeted promptly, and Anna, my salesperson was happy to help. She showed me all of the rings I was interested in (even though I took a lot of time and would not be making a purchase that day), she made suggestions about styles that I might like and helped me find something within my boyfriend's budget. She wrote down everything I had looked at so when my boyfriend went back to have a look for himself, he would know which rings I liked and which rings were within his price range. When I found a ring I loved, with a few alterations, Anna contacted the ring designer and helped me get the exact ring I wanted (size, stone, metal, etc). They were just as helpful when I bought my wedding ring and when I had an heirloom necklace (my something old) reworked and set on a chain.

Kruger's was a great choice for a jeweler. My choice in jeweler was first and foremost about trust. My mother had generously gifted us with her wedding ring to use. However, it wasn't quite my style, so Kruger's helped us custom design a ring that would use my mother's diamonds. I was concerned about other, less reputable jewelers, slipping my mother's stones out for less quality ones, so I choose the jeweler with the best reputation in town. I absolutely love the result and will certainly go back again. They were always to kind to us every time we came in and would clean all the jewelry that I would bring in with me, gratis. My husband has even gone back to pick out Christmas gifts for me. The only drawback was the amount of time that it took. I would plan in at least 3 months before your wedding date if you are designing your own ring. They did have some great suggestions on how to make the rings more afforable. We only ended up spending less than $1000 on rings for both of us. We have and will continue to return to Kruger's for all of our jewelry needs.

Kruger's staff went above and beyond for us. They are so friendly every time you step in their shop and really take the time to help you pick out what you want. The price is a little higher than other shops but it's local and you know you are getting a quality piece. A+
