I had a really hard time with the videographer search. I wanted a video that was both beautiful but also stayed true to the event (no movie trailer wedding videos), McKenzie blew me away. She far exceeded our expectations. We have received such positive feedback about our highlights video (lots of happy tears shed) and she has been responsive and quick with edits. Moments that you'd imagine to be boring in a wedding video (receiving line, cocktail hour) she really made pop. I can't say enough positive things about McKenzie. Somehow she captured EVERYTHING- even things our photographer missed. While my makeup was being done my mom said "isn't there supposed to be a videographer here" and McKenzie simply raised her hand- she is completely unobtrusive. I would recommend her a million times over.

McKenzie is so sweet and easy to get along with. Her editing skills are top notch and our wedding video brought everyone to tears. I was originally on the fence about getting a videographer---and I am SO GLAD that we did. It is the most special thing we have to remember that day. It still makes me cry every time we watch it. It's been amazing to be able to share our day with those that were unable to be there (ie our grandparents who couldn't travel). My advice: If you HAVE TO choose between video and photos---choose video. There is nothing like seeing and hearing your wedding. It all goes by so fast, and is impossible to fully take in. The video let's you relive it over and over again. Hands down the best bang for your buck! On top of that McKenzie was super quick at giving us our video. I love her!

I had no idea where to start looking for a videographer, so I asked my photographer Leah (of The Life You Love Photography) for a recommendation. She told me to check out McKenzie and so I contacted her immediately to make an appointment. Hands down, one of the best decisions I made. McKenzie is super friendly, sweet, polite, and professional. She showed up a little early on the wedding day and I barely felt like she was there! There were no cameras in my face, yet she captured everything I wanted on film. Her documentary style wrapped up our wedding very nicely in the video, and I have watched it multiple times with different family and friends. Everyone loves our wedding video, including my husband and I. I love that she sent us a little “sneak peek” video shortly after our special day. I watched that mutliple times a day, and it always brought tears to my eyes! She is so talented and you can see how amazing she is by watching ANY of her videos. There were two things I absolutely loved about McKenzie. Not only her talent with a video camera, but how much she cares about what we want. Our needs and desires came first, and as the bride, I truly appreciated that. She is very considerate and accomodating, and I am so grateful for her. I would recommend McKenzie to all brides out there looking for an excellent videographer.

As most brides do, I spent a LOT of time choosing my videographer. I looked at a lot of different people's work around Austin, and I feel in love with McKenzie's work from previous weddings. I couldn't be happier with my choice. McKenzie was extremely easy to work with, and I hardly ever knew that she was even there! There were NO cameras in my face, and she was never asking me to do anything to get good shots. I couldn't believe the footage and conversations she captured from our wedding while being so discrete. Our wedding video absolutely captures ever details I wanted to remember from our special day, and even really tender moments I forgot even happened! It brought tears to all of our eyes when we watched it by truly making us feel we were back on that day. We were even able to show the video to Johnny's grandparents who couldn't join us that weekend and they too were able to capture and feel the sincerity and emotions of the weekend THROUGH the video. McKenzie Miller was such an amazing videographer, I highly recommend her services! Her documentary style feel to her wedding videos had my family in tears, amazed how she captured the very tender moments of our wedding with such a professional look to her DVD. The quality, professionalism, turnaround time, and price made McKenzie Miller films a great choice that we'll be able to re-live our special day for many years to come. McKenzie is awesome! I was looking for a videographer and was drawn to her booth at the wedding extravaganza because I liked her style, so that is how I found her. She was really cool to work with, very professional but laid back. It was very important to us that we also liked the people that we were working with for all of our wedding vendors. We had a meeting with her and saw a full video she had done and were very happy with how it looked, so we booked her for our rehearsal dinner and our ceremony and reception. If you are going to have speeches at your rehearsal dinner it is a great idea to capture those on video. It is an extra cost, but is worth it. Speaking about cost, she is not overpriced like a lot of other videographers we checked out. We had a photo booth at our wedding and she put the video camera in there while people were taking photos. That part of our wedding video is HILARIOUS!! You have the option to pick the songs you want, but she picked a great song to go along with the photo booth part of the video. She is definitely artistic, but she still keeps the traditional elements as well so it will be a wedding video that even your parents will be happy with. :) We love our wedding video and I have watched it multiple times!
