Me So Hungry- Asian Fusion Catering

Delicious (!) food that can accommodate special dietary needs. Having their great dishes at our wedding was one of the things we were most looking forward to, and everything came out perfectly. Presentation was beautiful and aligned with our theme, and many of our guests remarked on how fabulous the food was. Staff is so fun to work with, and bar-tending services were impeccable too. Can't say enough good things about Christina and team.

Christina Alfosno and Me So Hungry were the one of the best decisions we made for the entire wedding! As soon as I sat down with her, I felt the first wave of relief because she was so professional, and had all the answers I didn't even know I had questions for. Not only that, but the food was perfect. Christina was really crucial in helping us even think through the wedding decor, and sent us many options for the wedding buffet table to make sure it fit in with our decor. She even scoured antique stores to find the best matches, and it was perfect! I'll admit, we were a bit nervous of what our family members would say who had never heard of Bahn Mis or Pad Lao, but it was an absolute hit! The next we had a brunch at our house, and people couldn't stop talking about how good the food was. I think I saw people going back for seconds and thirds, until the food was totally gone which I feel like is rare for a wedding. Christina's staff were great too, and really helpful in servicing the bar, serving drinks for the toast, and just overall making sure EVERYTHING was running smoothly. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate all they did to make our wedding the funnest, most perfect wedding I could have imagined, and Christina was there from the beginning to even help us visualize the possibilities. I highly, highly, highly recommend Me So Hungry! I wish I could give them a 10.

Christina was awesome! The best part of working with her was the enthusiasm she shared for our wedding day. She made us feel very comfortable and it felt like working with a close friend. She went out of her way to make our wedding as unique as we are.

I cannot write enough good things about Me So Hungry. Where do I begin?? First, their food was the ideal for our wedding. I just don't only mean taste-- that's a given. My husband is a vegetarian/borderline vegan, and I am a Vietnamese omnivore, so the cuisine itself was the perfect compromise for us and our guests. Second, Christina, the owner, and her coordinator, Andrea, were professional, responsive, and extremely accommodating to both our schedules and our tastes. After our tasting we hired them on the spot. Third, they came up with solutions to fit the cocktail hour event without having to mess with more rentals and equipment. Last but not least, they are extremely accurate in estimating portion size for your guests. Everyone left stuffed and happy, and we had a nice size of leftovers that could easily be finished. No wasting here! In general our experience and interaction with Me So Hungry could not be better. The guests loved the food, the business itself is run by fun and awesome people, and their services helped create a unique feel to the wedding. I highly recommend future brides to consider this caterer!

I cannot say enough good things about Christina and Andrea! When we first started planning our wedding, I was adamantly against hiring a DOC or planner, because I'm super Type A and wanted to take care of everything myself. At some point or another, though, I realized that there was no way I would be able to handle it all without going completely insane. We ended up going with Christina and I'm so, so glad we did. She is so professional and talented and she put my mind at ease about everything. She was so fun to work with and always had a smile on her face and a kind word for everyone. It was a joy to have her around on our wedding day and she and Andrea we like our wedding ninjas - we hardly ever saw them but they were running all over the place taking care of all of the little things that would have driven me insane. I was able to have them set up the venue on the day of (with my husband's help) and they took all of my handmade decorations and ideas and turned our venue into exactly what I had envisioned - it was so nice to know I had someone I could trust to piece everything together for me, especially because we had a lot of DIY decorations and didn't trust our venue to take care of it properly. I gave her a 4 for responsiveness only because she took a while to get back to me on emails sometimes. HOWEVER, she always did respond and always with a ton of great information, advice, and words of encouragement. What her communication was lacking in promptness was definitely made up for by attention to detail and helpful information. I wholeheartedly recommend Christina - you won't regret hiring her! :)
