Premiere Party Central

We used Premier Party Central simply for Table runners and Sashes. Even though it was such a small order, we made it at the last minute (2 days before wedding!) and they were more than accommodating. They treated us like we were their most important client that day, and made everything very easy. If you need to rent any linens for your event, give these guys a try. They will make you glad you did.

Everything was just as we ordered, pick-up was a breeze, and the prices were very reasonable! We will be using them again for our next big event.

The staff was very friendly and worked well with me over the phone and through email to make the changes that I needed to make as we got closer and closer to the wedding. I was worried about per day charges, but they were really open with it being the weekend and pick up and return times. They were so nice.

I must say that I was very surprised by the professionalism of this company. Kelly Crum set me at ease. She was GREAT!!! it was a true pleasure working with her and I will bring my business back here only if i get the opportunity to work with her... I may even try to steal her away to work for my design company. ;) She is a true assest to the company. thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

Primere party central was very easy to work with. They delivered everything that we ordered and on time as well. Everything was perfect and they were easy to work with and gave timely responses when we needed to make changes.

I chose Premiere Party Central because their Manchacha location is literally almost right around the corner from my neighborhood. I rented tables and chairs from them for a backyard rehearsal dinner BBQ. The reserving process was quick and easy and their prices were much less than I expected. Renting and returning the tables and chairs was a smooth process. The tables were pretty beat up, but we just put table cloths over them and it was fine.Also, at the last minute, my wedding coordinator and I had to add table runners for our wedding reception design. My coordinator was able to set it up with Premiere so that when I went to get my tables and chairs, all I had to do was choose between two choices. They were able to just make an addition to my existing order…easy breezy.

We got a great deal on our linens because ordered during their half-price linen sale that happens at the beginning of the year. The linen order was correct when it arrived, but we were disappointed with the customer service at the store. On our first visit, neither associate even got out of their chair to help us and when we asked several questions, they looked at us like we were dumb. Finally, my fiance told her that he was not a professional linen person and that he would appreciate it if she would answer our questions. On our second visit, we asked them to check our order and the associate had the wrong color linen on our order. Fortunately, they were still able to change it and everything worked out, but we were disappointed with their service.

They were easy to work with and communicate with. Diane was wonderful. I had our linens delivered a day before they were supposed to, and it was an easy change to make.

Premiere Party Central (North Austin) was great. I have to see things in person (huge lack of imagination). They had no problem with us coming in and playing with the linens to see what I liked. We got a great price too. They had a 50% off sale and it worked out great!Did have some issues getting return phone calls, but they are great!

Unfortunately, both experiences with this group were bad ones. Thought I'd give them a try again today only to find that nothing has changed in the last 6 months since my wedding. Diane is rude, abrupt, curt and unhelpful. The chairs I rented for my wedding, making the reservation THREE FULL MONTHS in advance, were given to me extremely dirty and damaged and were simply thrown into the back of my pickup. I made sure to ask them to note that my wedding was outdoors and these chairs would not be covered in order to preserve the natural feel of the wedding. I rented the off-white 1/2 plastic 1/2 metal chairs. I was so disappointed when I picked them up 2 days before the wedding. My mother and I spent half an afternoon bleaching and washing the chairs. On top of that, Diane just about bit my head off when I asked if I could rent an extra 20 for good measure. Acted as if I'd asked her to give me a foot rub. Not one of the office staff left their seat when I entered the shop to pay for the rental. Not one of them said thank you when I promptly returned the chairs. I've tried using them to get quotes twice since their north location is no close to my office, but each time I am treated with utter disrespect. Diane doesn't deserve your business and doesn't appreciate it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Spend money on your special event with vendors who truly care about your happiness.

I contracted with Premiere Party Central in February 2010 to provide table linens for my May 2010 wedding. I got the linens on a 50% off sale, which was awesome. We were required to pick up our linens because our order didn't meet their delivery minimum, but that's okay because I'm sure we would have chosen to do that anyway to save money. They gave the linens to us on Friday and allowed us to drop them off on Monday; this made everything much more convenient because we didn't have to worry about returning them the day after the wedding. The linens themselves were in overall good condition and made a very nice addition to the tables at the reception. Premiere Party Central was very easy to work with and I definitely recommend them.

Lydia in the South Austin store was very helpful. She was able to show me different ideas of what I could use.

Premiere was great! We had an open house before the wedding and they dropped off and picked up tables and chairs on schedule and everything was as it should have been. We also got linens, chair covers and chair ties for the wedding, which were beautiful and exactly right. Very reliable and we got some of the rentals 1/2 off!

Really Awesome! My wedding turned out amazing because of Premier Rentals! Love them, and their prices are awesome.
