Primizie Special Event Catering

We selected Primizie for their delicious food and the presentation. We did not want anything you would find at a banquet hall or hotel. Primizie did not disappoint. We still get compliments almost 3 months after the wedding. My only disappointment was that we were not informed of a $700 pick up fee from Marquee for the rentals. Imagine our surprise when we met our budget then received the final invoice a few days after the wedding with an enormous additional charge. $700 is a lot of money. Sadly, because of this we had to cut back on the honeymoon to cover this unexpected fee. For that amount we would of found another solution.

The food was wonderful! The taste of everything exceeded our expectations - guests were complimenting the food all night. Everyone was very helpful and the service was exceptional. We had a buffet style dinner and when my (now husband) and I sat down to eat, our favorite drinks were already at the table with a full plate of food. The bartender knew what we were drinking the entire night, so when we came to the bar, our drinks were ready. Everyone - the waiters, bartender, and event manager were very helpful; from pinning my broken bustle to giving a guest their flip-flops because the guest’s heels broke!! Simply an amazing company!!! (Not to mention everthing they did to help us before the wedding)

Primizie is fantastic! They were so flexible working on a customized menu with me, and tweaking it several times to fit within my tight budget. The food was flawless, and I've never seen so many clean plates going back to a kitchen at a wedding. They use the finest fresh ingredients, presentation is creative, and service at the wedding was awesome! They even went an extra step and the servers wore details to fit the vintage theme. Everything was perfect, and the guests raved about the food from start to finish!

Lisa and Mark helped me plan, pick out a menu in my budget and worked with me to iron out the details just a month before my wedding. The Food was delicious; the presentation gorgeous, and the professionalism outstanding.

Primizie's food was fabulously delicious. The waitstaff was phenomenally attentive. Robyn (my coordinator) was flexible, creative, responsive, attentive to my budget. Did I mention the food was phenomenal?

Primizie was a fantastic company to work with. They provided complimentary tastings around our schedule and were super responsive to all our questions, and very understanding of our schedules planning a wedding from out of town. Lisa was awesome to work with very easily worked within our budget to plan a menu that fit our unique tastes as well as suiting our venue (Laguna Gloria). Great for brides on a budget - but with expensive taste!

Robyn was amazing to work with. She was very patient and guided us through our menu choices - their catering menu is very expansive. She helped us work within our budget. She was so helpful with everything - she was almost a wedding planner for me! The food was amazing - it all worked perfectly together and we got so many compliments - people still talk about the food at our reception. You will not be disappointed with Primizie.

Lisa was so great to work with. She took some basic ideas we had (a nice sit down dinner) and made a really great menu. She took care of all of the table/chair/linen rentals which was fantastic to not have to worry about. She was very accommodating when we asked to change or add things and provided lots of helpful suggestions along the way. We chose beef tenderloin for the main course, and we initially had some reservations about guests receiving too-well done beef. We asked several guests at several tables about the quality, and everyone said it was excellent so I guess we didn't need to worry! Our vegetarian guests also had a great meal, they didn't feel like second-class eaters at all. Everything was just fantastic! In the beginning, I did feel the price was high, but we received true excellence for it. I would gladly pay it again for such a great service!

Lisa was great to work with. She took our guest's preferences into consideration as well as our budget when designing our menu. Primizie also provides additional staff if you choose to go for a sit-down dinner instead of a buffet.
