The staff was friendly and helpful. I had all my alterations and steaming done through Signature Bridal. I also had my shoes dyed a hard color of red and they looked amazing. They do amazing work and have wonderful dresses.

If you are looking for that perfect, gorgeous, beaufitul wedding dress that you've always dreamed out, signature bridal is the place to go to find it. I visited Signature first and from there went to 3-4 other Austin bridal shops (I will not mention names), they had nothing on Signature bridal. Ugly samples, tatered samples, pressuring staff, dresses packed so tight you couldnt see what they had, etc.
Signature was amazing. First of all the store is set-up so comfortably, you can view dresses with ease and the girls that work there are wonderful. I literally tried on two dresses back and forth about 10 times and Rachel hung right in there with me with a smile on her face, helping me decide. I had them deliver my dress the day off and they were right on time, laced me up, and helped show my mom how to tye the train up. Very sweet girl.
If you want the dreamed about bridal experience, this is where you go. They are amazing people and have amazing dresses. The gale that did my fitting was wonderful and did a fab job on both my dress and cocktail dress.
Thank you from the bottom of...

This is the perfect place to find your dream gown! The staff were accommodating, friendly and professional. Every time I walked into the Salon someone was ready and excited to help me and their selection was exquisite!
From dress selection, to alteration, to steaming and prepping my dress - they could not have done a better job!

A co-worker who used to work at this bridal salon recommended I try it out, and it wound up being the only place I shopped for my wedding dress!
My consultant was wonderful and easygoing. I like that there was no sales pressure. First we went over my vision for the look I wanted, the venue, and of course the budget. Then they had me go around the store and just pull some dresses I liked to try on. Well, the first dress was it, and I even got an unanimous vote from all the girls in the store :) It slid in right under the budget, and I was able to go home and sleep on it before coming back to buy, all with noooo pressure!
On top of that I have to give them kudos for having Barabara of Impressive Bridals as their alterations person. I dealt with her many times before my wedding and couldn't love her...

After many failed attempts of finding the perfect dress and many tears, someone recommended I go straight to Signature Bridal. As soon as we were met at the door, we were greeted with smiles and felt right at home. In less than an hour, I found my perfect dress and finally felt like I could breathe in planning the rest of our wedding.
Sincerely,
Clint and Jennifer...

Overall, I was very pleased with the service I got from the girl who helped me try on gowns and ultimately select my gown, although she doesn't work there anymore. Once she left, I wasn't as pleased with the customer service overall, although most of the girls there are nice. They called me like clockwork whenever a payment was due, which was nice to have that reminder without having to keep track of it myself. However, once my gown was paid in full, I never received a phone call from them letting me know my gown was in. I called a month after it was scheduled to be in, and they said it had been in for over a month, but they had the wrong phone number on account for me, so they couldn't contact me. Funny how they had the right number when they needed a payment...other than that, I was pleased with the quality of service. The alterations in-house were incredibly expensive, so I went with a private seamstress who did a great job. It was nice that Signature Bridal allowed me to do so, and I could still take it back to them to get it steamed before the big day, which I did. My gown was absolutely beautiful, and that's all I can ask for!

After going to several other bridal salons in the Austin Texas area I thankfully found Signature Bridal. This salon truly makes a bride feel special and not just another dress sale. There customer service goes above and beyond. When I got into a time crunch for alterations they were flexible and made it work for me!! The alterations were wonderful. Although I had to travel an hour to get there it was well worth it!

If you are looking for a dress in Austin, this is the place to go! Such an amazing experience! Everyone at the salon was so friendly and helpful. Kira did an amazing job with the alterations for my dress. The dress fit perfect on my wedding day and I couldn’t have been happier.

I had the pleasure of working with Lauren and Kira at Signature Bridal Salon. I came to the salon because they carried Essense of Australia wedding gowns. I was extremely pleased with the service and how responsive they were through email. I was working in Houston and driving home to Austin on the weekends and they were very accommodating with my busy schedule. Kira did the alterations for me and my 7 bridesmaids. Everyone looked fabulous in their dresses. I will definitely recommend this salon to others.

Brides & Bridesmaids Beware - do not trust this salon to your wedding attire needs. I've experienced better quality and customer service at Forever 21. The staff was snooty and unhelpful. While the alterations woman was friendly, she had to push my appointment back two hours because of another client issue. To top it off, when I put my dress on it was too tight and then I was told that I needed to pay an additional $25 that wasn't on the original ticket. When I got the dress home, my mother and I noticed that the dress had been completely butchered on the inside. The fabric had been poorly cut, there were threads hanging off the dress, and the majority of the seams were unfinished - it was a disaster. I'm only a bridesmaid but it's important for me to look nice on my best friends big day. Since purchasing a $180, 100% polyester, overpriced dress, I've had to pay $92 just to get it hemmed and taken in, and both are a complete disgrace. Im incredibly disappointed in this store, their staff, the quality of the dress and I will not be recommending there services for my engaged friends. My mother and I are just appalled at the entire situation. I'll post again when I go back tomorrow to have the seamstress look at the botched job. I think they owe me money, but even if you like the dresses there, find another bridal salon that carries the same brand. I will be forced to take my dress to another alteration shop in the area during my work week and her wedding is on Saturday. Overall, I'm unimpressed with the whole experience and their unprofessional manner. More to come when I drive all the way back there to show them the mess they've let walk out their door. -- I unfortunately had to work today and my mother graciously offered to take the dress back up the store to have them look at it. Upon arriving she was asked why she was there instead of me. My mother told them I was working. First off, it is absolutely none of their business where I was. Signature Bridal and their staff should have been more concerned with why my mother was there in the first place. Ashley (the owner of the store) was not present, but a sales girl named Deandra "took care" of the "situation." My mother and I are usually collected in these situations, knowing that in many cases it isn't their fault. Having worked retail myself, I'm even more sympathetic. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this establishment and will be taking my issues up with the owner personally. (Although it should be noted that the owner herself has not received glowing reviews on yelp.com either). I doubt anything will come from this, but please take it from me, if you are a bride don't let Signature Bridal be any part of your special day. If they treated me, a bridesmaid, in such a manner, I can only imagine how they might treat a bride purchasing the most important dress of their lives to date. If I could post pictures of my disaster dress, I would. Feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions about Signature Bridal.

Signature Bridal Salon and all the ladies that work there were amazing during my wedding dress shopping and altering.
SBS was the 2nd wedding dress store I went to and after the amazing service and personal attention we got, I decided to only work with them. I ended up finding my dress on-line and having SBS order it in for me to try on. They got it in quickly and for only $50.
After I chose my dress, they handled all the ordering. I also used them for alterations as they have 2 seamstresses that are in-house on different days of the week. It was great to stay with the same people for alterations and during that time I chose my wedding jewelry from them too.
The owner and all the ladies that work there are so sweet, they knew me by name the 2nd time I went in and they really cared about getting my dress to me on time.
My sister also used them for her wedding dress and they pulled strings for her to get her dress in less than 3 months!
Thanks for everything Signature Bridal and how relaxed I felt during my wedding dress buying and altering process because of your hard work!

Let me preface this by saying I did not get my wedding dress here, but I DID get all of my bridesmaids dresses here. I moved to Austin a few months after getting engaged and I needed to pick out bridesmaids dresses for my girls. I had searched high and low and was completely tired of looking for something that would suit 4 girls of completely different body types. Finally, I drove about an hour to this bridal shop and they allowed me to spend time in the store looking at different fabrics and colors and even let me try on a dress or two on behalf of my bridesmaids. I though Ashley was helpful, and she was always very responsive to my emails, even at 11pm when I was confused about something. After she left for maternity leave (I think), thinks got a little rocky, but nothing terrible. Just inconvenient. I was dealing with a different person and had some trouble shipping a dress to Hawaii. She told me it would cost $160-something to ship the dress. I asked her if she could please do a flat rate shipping box, as we do this all the time and it's about 15 bucks to Hawaii, and she said they could not do that. I was very frustrated at this point because I had to drive an hour to the store to pick up the dress and then ship it myself in a flat rate box. I felt that this could have been done by the store and saved me a lot of time, gas, and frustration during an already stressful time. There was also a little confusion about whether I needed to tell everyone to call the store and arrange for shipping, or if the store was doing that. Since the store had handled all of the orders, I thought they had handled the shipping arrangements as well. I found out this was not the case, so I had to contact everyone and tell them to call the store. Just a small inconvenience. All in all, the dresses turned out beautiful, Ashley was helpful and professional, but a few rocky moments toward the end when Ashley wasn't there.

I really like Signature Bridal and working with Ashely. It is a little bit outside of Austin but worth it. Going during the week when its slow also helped by getting lots of personalized attention.

Signature bridal was amazing, when it came time for me to find my dress, they really listened to everything I liked and didnt like in a dress, and found me "the one" the first day of looking!

Ashley and her team are WONDERFUL! Signature was the third bridal salon I went to, and from the second I walked in the door, I knew I would buy my gown from them. They made me feel SO comfortable and had a very warm and inviting atmosphere (with a few laughs along the way to calm my nerves)!... I was running short on time and after I picked "the one", Ashley made sure the gown was expedited and it got here in plenty of time and was GORGEOUS. My husband and his best man also rented their tuxes from Signature, the process was quick and simple (with the Best Man living out of state), and the tuxes were great quality. I could not have been happier with my dress, or his tux and I would HIGHLY recommend Signature Bridal to future brides and grooms. Thank you Ashley!

I absolutely loved my experience with Signature Bridal Salon. The moment I walked in the doors I was waited on hand and foot by the friendly and helpful staff. They are not a snooty bridal salon where they refuse to help you unless you plan on spending $2,000+ in the store. The price ranges in the store are great at accommodating any budget!
Every time I walked in the door, Ashley (the owner) knew me by name and was always extremely friendly. She is very knowledgeable about all of the dresses and designers they carry, and has a great fashion sense and eye for what looks good. I trusted her opinion completely! I ended up buying the dress of my dreams-- a beautiful lace Maggie Sottero dress. It was exactly what I was looking for in the price range I wanted.
Not only did I buy my wedding dress here, I also purchased my veil, hair clips/jewelry, my mom's mother of the bride dress, 4 bridesmaid dresses, and 2 flower girl dresses. Signature Bridal made everything so easy throughout the whole process. My bridesmaids were all over the country (one even lived in Australia) and they were willing to call all of the girls and get the measurements. The girls dresses fit PERFECTLY. Everything was so customizable and I could pick the details of the bridesmaids and flower girl dresses to a T. Colors, fabrics, lengths, ect. It felt like I was creating my own original dresses!
When it came time to do alterations for my wedding dress, their in-house seamstress Barbara did a fabulous job. She is incredibly friendly and does great work-- and quickly! As I was talking to her about my nerves for getting ready and putting on my dress for the upcoming wedding, she mentioned that she had a separate business where she will come out and help the bride into her dress/lace everything up tightly and bustle the dress, ect. on the day of the wedding. I immediately jumped on this! I think her services were less than $100 and she came all the way out to Bastrop (about a 45 minute trip from the salon) to help me get ready.
In my opinion, Signature Bridal Salon offers the best prices, service, and quality over any other salon I visited on my wedding dress search (and I went to MANY). I'm shocked to read other negative reviews about this salon because I had SUCH a positive experience here. I would continue to recommend Signature Bridal to anyone in the market for a beautiful and affordable wedding dress!

I loved my dress and the consultans I worked with. Lauren helped me from the start and even helped me control my mother and her urge for me to try on every dress in the store. Everything from picking the dress to the fittings was great. My bridesmaids also bought their dresses from here. Most of the dresses were ordered too big and had to altered, and their alterations can be a little pricey. Overall one of the best experiences.

It took my dress and my veil forever, much longer than they told me, to get here and I thought Ashley was really rude. One thing positive I will say about Signature Bridal is that of all the bridal store atmospheres in Austin, I like theirs the best. It is very open and bright inside. However, I would never buy a dress or anything from Signature again. I recommend going to Melange Bridal. They are much nicer to work with.
