Saman made my wedding memorable for me! She is extremely skilled, patient, accommodating, professional, and _the best_ make up, hair and dress stylist I could have hoped for. She did my makeup, hair and draping for my wedding and reception, and I absolutely loved both my looks. She is also a photographer and therefore knows what looks great in pictures!! I strongly recommend Saman. I feel lucky that her schedule worked with my wedding date in Austin (in April 2011). I was running late (very very late), but she was on top of everything. I flew Saman from Austin to Tucson for my wedding after contacting a number of Indian make-up artists in California - most of which had terrible attitude and service. I emailed Saman only a few months before my wedding and luckily she was available. She was very responsive to emails and was very helpful in discussing make-up and hair options. I had her do my make-up, hair and sari draping for the sangeet and wedding days. She made me look amazing and I got many compliments about my hair and make-up on both days - thank you Saman!Furthermore, Saman is outgoing and sweet and it was a pleasure having her around!

Saman is amazing at what she does! She does a fantastic job and you wouldn't be able to find anyone who would do a better job. She is very friendly and helpful and listens to what you want and even has lots of suggestions for you. I suggest every bride goes with her!

Studio Sila has a great package for Indian brides. Hair, makeup and putting your sari on. For anyone who doubts the need of this, it is a must. Family and friends will be all over the place, so its really nice to have someone not in the wedding help. Saman has a nice presence which helps ease those pre-wedding jitters.

I am not a very glamorous/cosmetically oriented person--and so I appreciate the thoughtfulness and patience that Saman had with me.I would highly recommend the trial session for every bride to be. It gets you and your stylist on the same page.

Saman's eye for detail won me over during our first consultation. She very politely pointed out known imperfections (uneven eye brows and blemishes) which I appreciated because instead of ignoring those things she worked on a plan to correct them. She was one of the most professional desi vendors during my wedding; she remembered what we talked about during meetings, was always on time, and upfront about all pricing. I would recommend Saman without a doubt to any bride to be.

I have to say that Saman was absolutely fantastic. I didn't have to worry about anything on my big day. I am glad that I went with her services for my make-up, dressing and hairstyle. At first, I felt that her services may be a little pricey, but I think that it was totally worth it. Especially you have one person to take care of dressing you completely and who does a fabulous job. I would totally recommend her.

Anyone who can get Saman to do their makeup for ANY occasion is extremely lucky. She knows just how to play up your features while taking your overall style and personality into account. No matter what, she will make you feel beautiful!

Saman was very professional and did amazing work! I highly recommend her. Her attention to detail and creative sense in make up really helped me look the best that I could on my wedding day. For Indian brides, I really appreciated that Saman knew how to work with Indian clothes. She made sure that I was comfortable and that my dupatta was properly fixed in place.

Working with Saman was a blessing in disguise! From the time I was looking for a make up artist to the end of the wedding was nothing but a fun ride. Saman was amazing! She was professional, responsive to my questions and my wedding hair and makeup turned out beautiful. Her personality was so pleasant and calm that I was glad to have her by my side before my wedding to calm my nerves. All my guests commented on how awesome my makeup and hair was.
