The Atlantics

Words cannot express how absolutely FANTASTIC this band is. From the very beginning, I was nothing but pleased with them. We saw them live at the Oasis after hearing about them from a friend and were blown away. I chatted with one of the members, Mike, about booking them for our wedding, and he was nothing but nice and helpful. We emailed a lot after that, and he was always very responsive, usually getting back to me within a day or two. Booking was very easy, half down and the other half due day-of. Mike also called me a few days before the wedding to check in with me and make sure they did everything I wanted them to do (announcing us as a couple, announcing cake-cutting, when the first dance would be, etc.) He was so on top of everything; as an overly-anxious person, it was very refreshing to not have to worry at all about a vendor! The day of, the band was flawless. Their timing of slower-paced dinner music transitioning into more upbeat dancing music and the way they handled the announcements was perfect. People were slow to get out on the dance floor, and they did a great job of coaxing people out in a fun and non-pushy way. They were all very sweet to my husband and I, congratulating us at the end of the night. I couldn't have been more pleased with their performance, customer service, and just overall awesomeness!

I can't begin to tell you how amazing this band is! They played at my reception for my wedding on June 11 in Houston, TX. They were freaking PHENOMENAL! They were so fun and energetic and really looked like they were enjoying what they were doing! They were super interactive with our wedding crowd as well! We loved it! They had my entire wedding party and all guests out on the dance floor! It was the best night of my life! They played all of the good jams that you want to hear at a wedding, plus they took special requestes that I gave them before hand. This band is absolutely amazing! I know I've said that about 100 times, but I can't stress the fact enough! I wish I could go back to that night all the time! It was so fun! The Atlantics definitely made my reception! It would not have been as big of a success without them! I definitely reccomend everyone to use them for any event/special occasion! You will not be dissapointed! Thank you, Atlantics, for such an amazing night! You made it one I will never forget! 5 stars for you!

I reccomend this band. Their fun playlist and attitudes had both my parents and grandparents on the dance floor (neither of whom I have have ever seen dance). Every generation present found their way to the dance floor and stayed there. We have had comment after comment about how this was the funnest wedding our guests have ever been to. The only complaint I have is that they played a couple of songs that I put on a please do not play list. People danced to them and loved them. The songs fell rightin the mix and people had fun to them so it turned out fine but if my grandparents and parents had not been having quite so much fun they may have turned up their nose Dont Cha and Let's Get It On. Overall they provided us with a fun night to remember. I would hire them again.
