I trained with Dee and was absolutely thrilled with my results. In only a few weeks I noticed a HUGE difference in my energy level and my appearance.The only drawback is that her schedule isnt as flexible as I would have liked but she did try to accomodate me as best as she could and sometimes on short notice.
