Fantastic food!

We could not have asked for a better menu. The food was amazing! Every plate had chicken and beef and two sides. The garlic mashed potatoes were great. There was no way that we wanted to shop for a caterer when this amazing place was onsite.

Two words come to mind when I think of Roxanne, my event coordinator and catering coordinator: Hard-working and wonderful. My husband and I had a pretty tight budget to work within and Roxanne did everything she could to make my wishes come true. She had great suggestions and seemed to always be a step ahead of me!The day of she was cheerful, pleasant, and always had a smile on her face. She kept me cool, calm, and collected. And the food!! Oh My Gosh! The food was AMAZING!! Such wonderful, professional service.Easily a must!

My start with Vintage Villas as our caterer was rocky; everyone I dealt with was very friendly and responded to all of my emails quickly, but the company seemed to have a lot of changes going on. We began with one coordinator, who then passed us to another, who then was "moving on," so we were passed on to Roxanne. Despite this, our experience with Vintage Villas Catering To You couldn't be any better! Roxanne was excellent; she knew exactly what to do, who to call, and how to do all of it. I had no idea how to plan a wedding and thought I wanted a simple, small wedding. But it turned out there were a lot of things that I hadn't thought of, and Roxanne made sure that it was all taken care of. She worked closely with other vendors to make sure things would be perfect and was very friendly. After meeting her, all of my worries melted away. I knew she would make things work.And the food was delicious. They had exactly what we wanted. There were several menus to choose from. We chose the Tuscan menu. The chef was very flexible with food allergies and diets of our guests and made sure to ask me before making any changes. It has been two months since our wedding and people are STILL telling me how good the food was! I had guests who use caterers often and they said they are thinking about switching to Vintage Villas because the food was so good.I only marked down on professionalism because of the waiters at our reception. Roxanne was always in the background making sure things were running smoothly, but the waiters were not as friendly as we'd have liked. They were not rude, just very quiet and didn't smile very much!

I wanted to do something off the menu and they were very accommodating! I was so nervous that I did not get to enjoy much of it but my guests enjoyed it!

The food was good and exactly what we asked for.

Planning up until the wedding day was smooth and they were very responsive. However, the main coordinator that I was working with had a prior engagement that she informed me of one month before the wedding and introduced me to another planner. We were taken aback by this news and wished she had informed us earlier because the wedding planner that was appointed to us later on did not respond actively during the day. Their prices are really good, they're very flexible in layout planning and provide great catering menu. The downside mainly happened ON THE DAY. The coordinator had us go to a wedding rehearsal the day before and it was one hour before another wedding was about to happen, so we felt really bad for the bride of that friday night wedding. On saturday morning, all the tables, extra chairs, etc that we had informed the coordinator of was not there as we had expected, but my family friends helped set things up. The wedding coordinator then showed potential guests around the venue as we were setting up the venue. She also left the wedding and let the DJ take over the coordination of the wedding when the reception began, which we were not informed and surprised about. She was very passive and if it wasn't for my unofficial planner who my friend was, it would not have ran as smoothly. They package everything really well to appeal to the bride and make you feel like you have nothing to worry about on the day of the wedding. I believe that most of the time it can be the case, however, on my wedding, they dropped the ball with a passive coordinator that could not provide on-the-dot service that we had asked for, and the coordinator switch-around at the last minute was very anxiety provoking. They also require preferred vendors only, and when we paid for open bar, the bar tender was reportedly absent for a significant amount of time which left many of our guests dry.Overall, it's a great place that's beautiful and budget friendly and they made me feel like a valued customer up to the day of the wedding. UP TO being the key words.
