Amazing venue and perfect wedding!!! Samantha was great with helping us plan our wedding within our budget. She is exteremly flexible and the staff was wonderful!!! Venue is breathe taking and such a great deal!!

Vintage Villas is an amazing place to get married. It was one of the last venues we looked at when we were venue hunting and I wish it was one of the first ones we looked at - it would have saved us so much time! The views are stunning and everything is beautiful. We got married under the main Gazebo and had our reception in the Wedding Center, with cocktail hour on the patio. The set up is great: we had dinner in the Sunset room which has a beautiful view of the sunset and provides an intimate setting for guests to chat and then we had dancing, cake cutting, and our photobooth in the Lakeview room, which is a beautiful room for a rain plan. I found Vintage Villas to be pretty reasonably priced. They provide all tables and chairs, have their in-house caterer and bartender (which you are required to use),basic table linens, cake cutting utensils (and no cake cutting fee), and even some decor such as votives, bubble bowls, small mirrors, etc. They also provide a list of recommended vendors. We worked with Samantha during our planning process and she was always very professional and prompt in her email responses. We were a bit worried about food options because we had very specific requests for the groom's family (vegetarian with a few extra restrictions) and it took a few email exchanges before we could settle on something. They have a very wide range of menus for you to choose from. The tasting gives you an idea of their food, but since we selected a specialized entree, we weren't able to taste it since they only provide tastings on wedding days that have your menu. We ended up choosing the Celebration menu with an additional vegetarian entree and a few passed hors d'oeuvres. Everything worked out great because we got TONS of compliments on the food! We even had time to eat dinner and their signature salad is unbelievable!! We had a final walkthrough a month before the wedding to ensure we had all of the details sorted out from dinner table set up to napkin folds to timeline, which made me feel at ease. We worked with Kristi on our room block and she couldn't have been more helpful - I emailed and called her multiple times to sort out room reservations. We were upgraded to the suite in building 2, which was perfect for getting ready in - so much room! The weather was perfect on our wedding day and the pictures are gorgeous. It is a bit of a drive from downtown and Eck Lane is a curvy road but it's all well worth it! Just a few things to think about for Vintage Villas - different minimums required for different months, booking a room block early (there were at least 3 weddings over the course of the weekend, including at their smaller Arbor area so rooms booked up completely), and hiring Pearl Events for...

Vintage Villas is an amazing place to get married! We worked with Samantha and she was very professional and helpful along the way. They have several different options in pricing depending on what you want and how big or small you want to go. Everything turned out better than we could have hoped. The dinner was so good too. I had read several reviews about how good the food was at Vintage Villas and they were all correct. We got married on a Sunday and they just happened to be running a special, so we were able to save some money. The room that came with the wedding package was perfect too! It was great not having to drive anywhere after the wedding to spend the night for us and our guests.

My wedding at Vintage Villas was everything I wanted! The staff is wonderful, food is great and scenery is beautiful. It is a little pricey, but we got a lower cost food menu, which made the value for the cost more manageable. They do have a lot of detailed rules to go by, but if you are willing to read ALL the contract and fine print, then you should be fine and have a wonderfully smooth wedding!

Vintage Villas is amazing. The venue and it's views are beautiful and they make getting married easy. They provide tables, chairs, linens, plates, silverware, flower vases, etc. Many things that one would have to rent out are included with the venue rental. All you have to worry about is your flowers, band, cake and guests. It is stress free wedding planning, the coordinators help you with a list of recommended vendors, a timeline and they provide assistance during the ceremony and reception. It is worth every penny and it's a great deal. I love this place!

I was planning my wedding from Colorado and worked with Samantha Botello throughout the wedding planning process. She's amazing, responsive, helpful, and guided us through our wedding day jitters flawlessly. She's the reason our wedding went off without a hitch!

We just had our wedding here last weekend. Everything was perfect, including the weather. I don't think we could have picked a better venue. We were able to have the exact wedding we wanted without blowing our budget. I am actually shocked that this place does not cost more. You cannot beat the views, landscaping and services. My only complaint is that the reception flew by way too fast, but that seems to be a common problem for every couple getting married :-) Our guests commented on how beautiful the location was and how good the food was! Everything was great. My bridal suite the night before was amazing too! Huge room, sitting room, balcony and a huge bathroom made getting ready for my morning wedding a luxury! Thanks to everyone who helped make the day special!

I definitely recommend holding your wedding here at Vintage Villas. The views are amazing and the overnight accommodations are wonderful. Lauren Allen was our event coordinator and she did an amazing job. Very positive and upbeat is what every bride needs when they are nervous and antsy. The room set up was done perfectly. She was willing to help with anything that we needed. Her assistant Lisa was amazing as well. I had her running back and forth to my room for some items I had forgotten/needed. Second the food was incredible. All the guests commented on how great and carefully prepared the food was. The beef tenderloin was moist and not overdone. The crab cakes had the best flavor. Also having an event at Vintage Villas saves time and coordination especially since all food is catered on site. We were also given two plates of food from our reception to snack on later. That was a wonderful idea!! The hotel suite was a perfect ending to our day. .Nothing like sitting in the jacuzzi and unwinding from the whirlwind of your wedding.

We had an amazing 5 day wedding extravaganza at Vintage Villas and it was the perfect setting for the entire celebration! The natural beauty of the grounds, not only made for exceptional photographs, but also set the perfect mood and atmosphere for our guests. The staff was attentive to our every need and really went above and beyond to take care of our large group! Our guests raved about the food served at the rehersal dinner, the wedding, and the send off brunch. Overall, Vintage Villas was a phenomenal venue and helped to make our wedding unforgettable!

Vintage Villas is a beautiful venue with an amazing setting. Lisa was our Event Manager and she was a delight to work with. Planning a wedding can be so overwhelming and she was patient, available and answered any questions we had along the way. The boutique style hotel is so neat and allowed for our closest family members and friends to stay with us on the property. The food was delicious, the staff was kind and attentive and everything went off without a glitch. I would highly recommend this venue to any bride and groom!

In the beginning, I was pressured into picking the venue. The day after I viewed the property they emailed me and stated they had someone else looking at my date and I needed to secure it in 24 hours. Rush decision. I emailed back and forth with a representative. Sometimes she would "lose" my emails and not get back to me when a deadline was coming up. They were great with flexible payments. They allowed me to pay in multiple payments over 8 months. They attentiveness wasn't what I expected for the price that I paid. The view was beautiful. Beautiful!! Was a decent venue. The space as great. The people? Not so much. Even had trouble getting into our bridal suite the day-of. Front desk people not very friendly or attentive.

I absolutely loved Vintage Villas. The staff was amazing and so accomodating to our requests, even the most particular. They went above and beyond to help with set up and our coordinator was amazing, answering a million emails each week from me. I was dissappointed only in the hotel aspect of the location--they wouldn't give a decent rate at all for our guests so we didn't even offer it as a room block, which was a little dissappointing. But for a venue, it is a GREAT choice!

I loved Vintage Villas. I loved our coordinator, the food, the view, the hotels, everything. They were so on top of things that if anything did go wrong I'd never know. Everyone was stunned by how beautiful the event was. I had multiple meetings and e-mail exchanges with Becky our coordinator before and she was always so patient and explanitory. We will be spending our honeymoon at Vintage Villas from now on, just to re-live the most amazing weekend of our lives.

Our wedding was in the Arbor Courtyard and Travis Room since we had a relatively small wedding (around 70 people). Vintage Villas was the first vendor we booked (back in December 2008). They were renovating the Travis Room during our tour, so we had to use our imaginations a little bit to envision the final product. We decided it was perfect and surprisingly within our price range because they offered us the 2008 rental rate. We booked Vintage Villas immediately. They were wonderful with correspondence and replied to emails and phone calls very promptly, which made planning a wedding from New York incredibly easy. Both Samanthas were outstanding on the day of the wedding. Everything went really smoothly. The food was delicious, the view was amazing... everything was perfect. Samantha was constantly asking if we needed anything, whether it was something to drink or help find my lip gloss. Honestly, Vintage Villas knew what they were doing and the entire night went by flawlessly. I also loved the fact that they wrapped up food and cake and put it in our suite so we could eat it after the wedding. They were honestly one of the best values of the entire wedding.

Although a beautiful setting and great food beware of their business practices. Read the contract thoroughly before signing. They are in the practice of applying charges to credit cards without prior notification and consent of the card holder (most states consider this fraud). They charged an amount after our wedding after we had made good faith payments toward the amounts indicated on our contract. After making the last payment based on the final amounts that THEY provided, they uncovered an accounting error on their end. Once determined, they charged the amounts to a credit card not owned by us without express consent and notification to the card holder prior to the charge being applied. In most service industries, errors uncovered by inaccurate accounting after the client has made good faith efforts to pay the amounts based on their statements of final amounts is not typically a good business practice. They are now forcing us to make up for their accounting errors almost a month post the event. If the amount was in the hundreds I would probably not make a big deal of this, but it is in the thousands. Especially, since when the last payment made we asked " is this the final payment and no other amounts due?" with a response of "Yes". Just be weary of what you sign, who signs it and make sure to double check the numbers they give you as apparently they have accounting mishaps that they will pass on to the customer rather than writing off as a business loss. PS - they tout that they have beautiful views and they once did. They now have a house that has been built that is squarely in the view. Note that they new prior to our signing the contract that the house was being built and said nothing when we signed. A week later I drove by and saw the foundation being laid. When I asked, I learned that they had been in lengthy negotiations with the owner of the property. So they were well aware of the construction that would be taking place and the potential for the obstruction of the view on which they sold the venue. Again, disclosure is not one of their strong suites.

Vintage Villas was wonderful! We are so happy with our decision to have our ceremony/reception here! The place is absolutely beautiful and it was so much fun to be able to have all of our friends & family stay together on-site at the hotel. This made the whole experience even more memorable. The wedding coordiantor, Lauren Allen, is amazing to work with and accommodated all of our needs & any changes that we requested. The food was absolutely delicious! We had so many guests comment on how good it was. The timeline coordinator provided by the facility ensured that the whole event went smoothly. We could not have asked for more & are so happy! Our day was perfect! I highly recommend Vintage Villas if you are looking for a beautiful spot for your wedding, amazing food, a place that all of your guests can stay on-site, and a smooth, seamless, worry-free day.

The first venue we looked at out of our fav 3 choices. From the signed we enjoyed working with the staff at Vintage Villas. The have the friendly staff, the best recommendations and the best catering. There is no doubt we got the most bang for our buck!

The first time we went out to Vintage Villas, it was a cold and foggy January afternoon. But after looking at the venue and then spending time going through photo albums of past weddings, I fell in love. I knew this was the place I would get married. So after lots of deliberations we came to the conclusion and signed our contract. We picked a menu and had a tentative guest count and went on to plan our wedding. Our coordinator was such a great help, always just an email away with answers to numerous questions along the way. When the rehearsal day came, we were able to get everyone on the same page and use our time effectively. On my wedding day, things went smoothly for the most part. Being a person who is always late, true to my nature, I was running late to my own wedding. Our coordinator helped me get the last of my details in order so I could settle and focus on getting ready to walk down the aisle. She got the flowers out to the ushers and family members and even poured sand into containers for our sand ceremony. Now the dinner was absolutely spectacular. I still have people commenting on how it was the best food for being served buffet-style at a wedding. That is not something you hear everyday. I would recommend this venue to any bride and groom-to-be that are willing to spend a little more to have a beautiful venue at a beautiful location surrounded by those that they care most about.

If we were to get married all over again, I would without a doubt choose this venue again. Vintage Villas and our wedding coordinator were amazing from beginning to end. I was impressed from the very first email. The response was almost immediate and very informative. When we went out to look at the space, we fell in love! Our out-of-town guests were able to stay onsite following the wedding at the hotel and the event staff the day of were meticulous, attentive, and on-time. The wedding buffet was beyond superb. Compliments about the food didn't stop for days after the wedding. A+++ Vendor. Highly Recommend!
