Whole Foods was wonderful to work with and very affordable. All the food is delicious - our guests loved it. Their staff was incredibly helpful leading up to the event. The day of staff was exceptional, they ensured we were fed, happy, and stress-free. They also did our ceremony flowers (bouquets, etc.), which were gorgeous and very reasonably priced.

Di from Whole Foods did an excellent job for our wedding. Not only did she take care of all the catering, she was also in charge of the furniture rentals and linens. The wedding was so beautiful because of her wonderful direction and attention to details. Our wedding venue could not have looked as gorgeous without her care. She was an excellent caterer. It was so nice to have the cake (berry chantilly and a tres leches for the groom SO DELICIOUS), catering and flowers all done from one vendor. It made my life so much easier, especially the last few weeks before the wedding. They also took care of all the table rentals, floral decor and centerpieces. I brought photos for my bouquet and centerpieces I liked and they matched them exactly! Could not have asked for a more accurate duplication. Di Alvarez from Whole Foods Austin was absolutely a life saver. She was always so great at answering our silly questions and was making adjustments all along to way to meet what we needed. I honestly don't have a single complaint about our entire experience working with Whole Foods. You can't beat their prices, the food and cakes are delicious, the people are so amazing and helpful and have a wonderful eye for detail. New hubby gives all the food 2 thumbs up too, which is huge for him!

To say that my family and I loved working with Whole Foods would be an understatement. From the minute we met with Sarah Park, coordinator, over a year ago, we had no doubt we would book whole foods to cater our wedding. Not only because we appreciate the values of the company, but because Sarah was efficient, patient, and so much fun to work with. She has shown my family such grace and professionalism from the get go, and put up with our zany sense of humor without missing a beat. Since the wedding we have had so many compliments on the food and the staff, from our guests. What I did not expect, or even imagine would happen, was that my family would appreciate and care for the Whole Foods team in the way that we did. The entire team made our wedding day spectacular! We trusted them wholly, because they were thorough, careful and thoughtful in their dealings with us every step of the way. They took care of all the little details we never would have dreamed of, and then some. Such a wonderful, fun, delicious, and intelligent company to work with! Di at Whole Foods in Austin is phenomenal. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable about her profession. She made me relax, feel so comfortable with catering, table and chair rentals and linen rentals for my wedding. The staff did an incredible job at running the night and they were very professional. I for sure recommend them to do your wedding. There will be no problems and they are wonderful people to work with! Get Di to run your wedding and she will help it be the best night of your life!

Instead of picking just one massive cake, we purchased quite a few 8" rounds of different flavors. It was one of the best decisions of the entire planning process. And these cakes were So. Very. Good. I would highly recommend Whole Foods' cakes in whatever flavors you like (because, let's face it, you can't go wrong whichever you choose)!

Di is absolute AMAZING and works well under pressure. She has a great attitude and is extremely knowledgeable with food selection, place setting and more importantly how to run a successful event. Di also has very good taste which made the process of food selection very easy as she knows exactly what foods pair well. Her communication skills before the event made it a pleasure to work with as she was very responsive to email and calls. She always got back to me even when she was on vacation! Very impressive! Needless to say I love WholeFoods but Di really made the catering department shine as she is a pleasure to work with and I have already referred Di to several of my friends and colleagues. Di really made me feel like I was her only client and that I was the most important – which is the way every client wants to be treated. Thank you Di for making my wedding a fabulous affair!

Sarah P and Whole Foods did an incredible job with the catering at our wedding. Sarah spent extra time finding the perfectly shaped bowl for one of our dishes, and ensured that my mother in law had exactly the wine glasses that she wanted. Sarah was assiduous with all the details, and she made a point of being available for walk throughs and other issues that came up last minute. We even had a special to go bag with champagne at the end of the evening since we didn't have time to eat very much. I've gotten numerous compliments on the quality and tastiness of the food since our wedding. I would highly recommend Sarah and WF.

Whole Foods was fantastic! We went with a southwestern tapas menu (nice selection of small dishes) and it was all delicious! They had lots of menu options so keeping in budget was super easy. They also had a number of rentals that we used (china, tables, chairs, etc.) and were very flexible and helpful to get everything in order. The staff was great - very attentive, polite and did a great job. We were basically waited on even though we had a buffet set up - my husband and I were brought our food and someone always checked on us to make sure we had what we needed - very nice to actually eat at my wedding! Whole Foods also made our cakes (we had 3) and they were ALL delicious when we tried them at the tasting! Sadly, we did not get to eat any cake at the reception after cutting the first piece for pictures. Too bad because we were really looking forward to the Italian cream cake - SO GOOD!!

Start early, taste in advance and don't cut corners on the food.

I chose Whole Foods as my wedding cake baker because I am absolutely obsessed with their cakes. Since their berry chantilly cake is my favorite cake, it was easy to make a decision for the wedding cake. There were so many choices for the groom's cake -- but in the end we chose their fabulous tiramisu cake. We saved a lot of money by choosing Whole Foods and we were very satisfied with the cakes -- and our guests loved the cake, too!!! It was a smaller cake, not ostentatious at all (2 layers), but we were able to have sheet cakes to serve our guests, and also smaller mini cakes to add a little bit to the decoration of the cake. Instead of saving the top layer, we saved a mini cake to freeze for our first anniversary. Whole Foods was convenient, easy to work with, reliable, and delicious, as always. Another reason I chose Whole Foods was that now I can eat the same cake I had at my wedding any day and that is so special to me!

We used Whole Foods for catering in our wedding as we knew the quality of food would be amazing from our own experiences with them. I will say working with Di Alvarez and her WF team far exceeded our expectations! The tasting was loads of fun. The menu was negotiated to fit exactly within our budget. In fact, it came in at a lot less than we anticipated and still offered an elegant assortment of food. And on the day of our wedding everything looked absolutely amazing thanks to their careful attention to detail! After the wedding we received many compliments on the food and the service. I could not recommend Whole Foods more!

Whole Foods provided our wedding cake and it was absolutely delicious. It probably got more compliments than any other thing at our wedding! Even other vendors remarked how good it was. It was delicious, light and very moist and fresh. We had the berry chantilly, decorated with fresh berries. It was perfect. It was also very reasonably priced, especially compared to other bakeries I looked at.

One of the main topics from the guests at my daughters wedding reception was how good the food was! They loved it! Most of all, I did not have to do anything. The staff were on top of every aspect of the reception. They served the food, kept the water and lemonade dispensers refilled, cut the cake, tore down after the event (which meant that they stayed until the very end!) They boxed up leftovers and created a very special leftover bag for the Bride and Groom that included a surprise. We had requested that they prepare a plate of food for the Bride and Groom so that they could eat before they were announced. Whole Foods staff not only created them a plate, but they set it up with rose petals and candlelight....Whole Foods made the evening very special for the Bride and Groom and our guests!

We ordered 10 different specialty truffles from whole foods, from blood orange, to basil, to mexican chili, to bee pollen caramel. Everything was fantastic and beautiful. My only complaint was that they didn't label the containers for me, so I had to guess which ones some were because I wanted to label them for my guests to be able to choose. I loved them though, and have been craving them ever since.
