If I made this review right after my initial purchase it would have been better, but after having to go back time and time again for resizing, my mind has changed. Their prices and quality are good, not great. I ordered an engagement ring and ring guard in a size six, well the engagement ring was too big and the the guard was too small. During my engagement I brought back the ring to have it re sized and that was fine, except I had to pay for it when they made the mistake. When I went to try on the guard a few weeks before the wedding it would not even go over the newly sized engagement ring- when I went to speak to them about this they told me you had to have them either soldering together, taken apart, or have the center ring be too big. This sounded like BS- why didn't they tell me this when I bought the two together?? Anyways after arguing with the lady at the counter and realizing they were only going to give me those three options, I opted to have the rings broken apart to three separate rings. It looks good and they did a better job then I had imagined, but it would have been nice to know these before I purchased this set- I could have bought a much cheaper wedding band. Oh and they made me repay to take them apart.

The guys at Zales helped my husband SO much. He went there literally 3 months straight asking questions about diamonds and checking their inventory. The helped him pick the perfect ring at almost 1/2 off retail! I LOVE my ring and they even helped pick out my matching band and get the credit approval we needed to get it!

I LOVE zales outlet stores! Much better than the normal Zales store. They have such cheap stuff and the VARIETY is amazing, there are tons to choose from and they are pretty original versus your standard stuff you get at zales. Good sales during holidays too!

They had the perfect bands in the exact size that we needed for both of us. After searching for months, no other jeweler had gone out of their way for us like they had.

The Zales at the Outlet Mall in San Marcos was really great. They had a large selection (especially of men's rings, which were the hardest for us to find). My husband did not buy my ring there, but I did have it resized there and they did a much better job than the first place we went. They have lifetime guarantees on jewelry as long as you bring it in once a year, also.
